Description

The modern and well-kept 3.5 room apartment offers space for 4 people and includes a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, a spacious balcony furnished with comfortable armchairs and a dining table. The living-dining area offers a modern sofa, a dining table with seating for 4, as well as a large flat-screen TV and WiFi. The well-equipped, open kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances. The two bedrooms each offer a double bed and closets, one of which has direct access to the balcony and a TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin as well as a separate guest toilet complete the offer. The in-house indoor pool guarantees a pure vacation feeling. A reserved garage box is available.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the "San Carlo" apartment building at the entrance to Ascona. Central location, only a few minutes walk to the center, pedestrian zone and lake promenade. Bus stop, shopping facilities, post office and bank are in the immediate vicinity.
Ascona has a special charm! The intricate network of alleyways, where you will find stores, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, lead directly to the piazza and beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafés, enjoy the unique flair and the most beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

Beautifully modern furnished apartment with enough space and storage options. Kitchen very well equipped. Large terrace with a view towards the mountains near Ascona. Lockable single garage. The doorbell serves its function but is visually worn out. Front door/with three different locking systems KABA8 etc. is somewhat cumbersome to handle.

It was again a wonderful stay in an apartment booked through Fewotessin during the jazz festival in Ascona. Generous modern apartment, with a large balcony; everything needed is available in the apartment. In a few minutes, you can walk to the old town and the lake. We will definitely come back.

As always, very friendly and uncomplicated service at Fewotessin! The apartment was top-notch, decorated with a lot of love, and very centrally located with its own garage. We had never had so much storage space; every spot was utilized, even in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, one bedroom even had a large TV with a subscription that allows you to watch content from the last seven days. Of course, I mustn't forget to mention the large indoor pool, where we were always alone. Only negative point is that the house is very noisy, but we knew that. June 2024 couple from Emmenbrücke.

For 28 years, we have been spending our holidays with the family in Ascona, already in the fourth generation. We have seen several holiday apartments and thus have many points of comparison, but this holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Very central location, super beautiful, decorated with a lot of attention to detail, very clean!!! Also, booking and the friendly contact with the Fewotessin team (especially Mrs. Barcella) are very pleasant!!! We have been enthusiastic tenants of these holiday properties for years and can only recommend them.
