Beautiful, modern furnished apartment in a great location within walking distance to the lake (5 minutes), yet quiet (bedroom to the back), sunny balcony facing the street. We felt very comfortable! Very nice swimming pool for shared use at no extra cost! Key must be picked up in Minusio, apartment is located in Ascona. Probably quite difficult to reach by public transport...

The Fiore Rosa apartment is superbly located near the center of Ascona. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The balcony is very small but is sufficient for 2 people. We will definitely come back to this apartment for holidays.

The flat is very clean, well furnished and all necessary accessories are available, plus there is the possibility to use the indoor pool. The balcony is rather small with morning sun. The flat is also close to the centre and there is a parking space in the building next door. It is easy to get to the old town on foot.
