This beautiful 2-room souterain flat, furnished with new modern furniture, is perfect for a holiday with up to 4 people. From the large, bright living room with integrated dining area you have direct access to a 15 m² south-facing terrace. The new modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher has been integrated into the living area. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed for a normal kitchen routine. Adjacent to the living room is the cosy interior bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also a small shower room with WC for freshening up in the morning. The flat has a high-quality tiled floor. On request Wlan 3 Euro per week !
The accommodation tax and the visitor's tax, which is calculated as follows, will be added to the price shown. Every person over 16 years is liable to pay the guest contribution! Those who can prove a disability of 100% and an accompanying person with the note "B" are exempt from the guest contribution! Season A: 3,80 € per day and person ! Season B: 3,00 € per day and person ! Season A is from 03.04.-16.04, 01.05.-31.10. and 23.12.-07.01. Season B is the rest of the year!

The Meeresbrandung Residence is located directly on the promenade of Duhnen. If you cross the dike, you are right on the beach with its great leisure opportunities. It is 300 meters to the town center. Here, many shops invite you to stroll and linger. Everything is available, from a bakery, kiosk, clothing store, hairdresser, ice cream parlor, restaurant, to snack bar. The bus stop is located directly in front of our entrance!
