You also enter the bright bedroom from the living area, with a 70 cm comfort mattress bed, streaming TV, and a view towards the sea. The strength 3 mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. A wardrobe is also available. And for your daily well-being, you can access the small newly renovated shower bathroom with WC from the separate hallway. The apartment is fitted with PVC laminate flooring. A second comfortable bedroom for a third person is also available with a 120 cm wide comfort bed. A wardrobe and flat-screen TV are also provided here.

Location and surroundings of object

The popular "Residenz Meeresbrandung" complex is located directly on the Duhnen beach promenade and offers a swimming pool and sauna as well as a reserved parking space. It is centrally located 100 metres from the ahoi Bad with Thalasso Centre and 300 metres from the centre of Duhnen. The Residence Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been letting here for 20 years with our own office directly in the complex from our letting office in House II. All flats have a balcony or terrace and, if desired, an underground car park which can be booked for a fee.
