The popular facility "Residenz Meeresbrandung" is located directly on the beach promenade of Duhnen and offers a swimming pool and sauna as well as a reserved parking space. Centrally located, you are 100 meters away from the Ahoi Bath with Thalasso Center, and 300 meters away right in the center of Duhnen. Residenz Meeresbrandung was built in 1992 and we, the Funck family, have been renting here for 21 years with our own office directly in the facility. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. a terrace, upon request also with an underground parking spot which can be booked for an additional fee.
