This magnificent luxury villa is located on the cosy and peaceful Park 't Hoogeland in one of Texel's most beautiful nature reserves. This area, De Dennen, is part of the National Park "Duinen van Texel". The villa has a unique location in the immediate vicinity of forest and dunes and a short distance from the sea and the beach. De Razende Bol is the ideal starting point for various cycling and walking tours. Beach pavilion 17 is only 1.5 kilometres from De Razende Bol. Here you can enjoy a delicious lunch. When you come home in the afternoon after a wonderful beach walk or bike ride, you can relax in your spacious living room
The children can play Captain Bluebear in the Schipbreuk and Juttersmuseum Flora or be lulled by the waves in the Calluna swimming paradise, all just a stone's throw from De Razende Bol. If you would like to go horse riding, visit one of the riding stables in the neighbourhood.
Living room
In the bright living room, two sliding glass doors open onto the spacious terrace with hardwood table and benches. The living room with open-plan kitchen is cosy and modern and equipped with every luxury. Here you can sit and relax after a delicious meal or enjoy a good glass of wine or a Texel Skuumkop in the beautiful seating area while watching your favourite programme on the curved smart TV with wifi.
Luxurious bedrooms
The house has four spacious bedrooms. The largest bedroom on the ground floor has a Smart LED TV with wifi and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. You sleep in extra-long Eastborn box-spring beds.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, they are also equipped with Smart LED TV with Wifi and Eastborn extra-long box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with whirlpool, luxury shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have bathrooms with luxury shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

The ground floor of the villa is equipped with underfloor heating. On the first floor, the temperature is regulated by room on the radiators.
This villa has been furnished with great care and is suitable for 8 people.
