Provenzalisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung nahe dem Zentrum des charmanten Dorfes Cotignac. Die Gegend bietet gemütliche mittelalterliche Dörfer, Weinproben, gute Restaurants, tolle Wander- und Radwege, herrliche Natur und die Mittelmeerstrände innerhalb von etwa1 Autostunden.
Cotignac ist charmant und völlig unberührt. Mit seinen alten Steinhäusern, engen Gassen und schönen alten Hausfassaden versprüht es provenzalischen Charme.
Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hanggrundstück mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Umgebung. Am Ende des Gartens gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Dorfzentrum. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich auch Tennis- und Paddle-Tennisplätze. Große, überdachte Terrasse mit Essbereich und Grill mit direktem Zugang vom Wohnzimmer. Schöner Poolbereich mit großem Pool und Sonnenterrasse, wo Sie auf einer Sonnenliege in der Sonne entspannen können. Vor dem Haus können Sie auch Boule spielen. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses gibt es einen geschlossenen Parkplatz für bis zu 4 Autos.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen und besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss/Eingangsbereich mit Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, Küche/Esszimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, 2 Doppelzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage verfügen über Deckenventilatoren. Treppe zur unteren Etage/Gartenebene
Die untere Etage besteht aus 2 Doppelzimmern mit Klimaanlage, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und 1 separater Toilette.

Cotignac liegt im Gebiet westlich von Salernes und südlich der Gorges du Verdon und bildet zusammen mit anderen kleinen Städten wie Entrecasteaux, Villecroze und Tourtour eine sehr schöne und interessante Gegend. Cotignac ist eine spannende Stadt zum Spazierengehen - unberührte Provence in all ihrem Charakter. Die Stadt liegt gut geschützt am Fuße 100 Meter hoher, steiler Hänge voller Höhlen, die einst der Bevölkerung als Versteck dienten, wenn Feinde drohten.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, the following is applicable: If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival, you will lose a 100% of the cost of your holiday. Regardless the reason for the cancellation, the tenants must give notice to Provacances by mail, phone or e-mail. Any tenant who fails to give notice to Provacances shall be required to pay the entire balance. Illness insurance When you book a holiday home through Provacances, you are automatically covered by our illness insurance, which is included in the rental amount. The insurance covers if the persons stated in the rental agreement or their spouses, partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law or children-in-law pass away or contract an acute illness or serious injury requiring hospitalization, bed rest prescribed by the doctor or anything of a similar character. The insurance coverage depends on the following conditions: a. The tenant shall inform Provacances of the illness no later than 48 hours after the occurrence of the illness, either in writing or by telephone, and Provacances must have been notified of the cancellation no later than at noon on the day of the arrival stated in the rental agreement. b. Provacances shall receive proof of the incident warranting cancellation, ie. medical certificate or death certificate, within 72 hours of notification. In the case of a successful claim, the full rental amount - less the deductible of 4% of the rental amount – shall be refunded to the tenant.
