Schönes Steinhaus aus dem 1800-Jahrhundert am Rande der mittelalterlichen Stadt Draguignan. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Wäldern gleich dahinter und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über die Stadt und das Tal.
Draguignan liegt in einer sehr grünen Umgebung im Herzen der Provence. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegende Landschaft mit ihren reizvollen mittelalterlichen Dörfern, Weinbergen und Olivenhainen, der wilden Schlucht, Grand Canyon du Verdon, und zu den Sandstränden des Mittelmeers in Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël.
Das Haus, das aus verschoben Etagen besteht, ist wie folgt eingerichtet: geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche mit schöner Aussicht, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140 x 200), separates WC und eigenem Eingang , 1 zimmer mit 2 Betten, 1 Dusche mit WC, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, und 1 separates WC.
Zum Haus gehört auch einen schönen Poolbereich, eine 20 m2 überdachte Terrasse zum Sud-Osten und eine große offene Terrasse auch zum Sud-Osten.
Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass die Auffahrt zur Villa etwas steil ist.

Draguignan war bis 1975 die Hauptstadt des Departements Var, wo sie ihren Titel an Toulon verlor. Draguignan ist wegen seiner Lage in einer sehr fruchtbaren Gegend ein perfektes Urlaubsziel. Hier hat man einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Gegend mit stimmungsvollen kleinen mittelalterlichen Dörfern, Weinbau und Olivenhainen. Hier ist es auch nicht von den wilden Bergschluchten Gorges du Verdon und Gorges de Châteaudouble, die eine etwas kleinere Ausgabe von Verdon ist.

Any tenant who fails to give notice to Provacances shall be required to pay the entire balance. Illness insurance When you book a holiday home through Provacances, you are automatically covered by our illness insurance, which is included in the rental amount. The insurance covers if the persons stated in the rental agreement or their spouses, partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law or children-in-law pass away or contract an acute illness or serious injury requiring hospitalization, bed rest prescribed by the doctor or anything of a similar character. The insurance coverage depends on the following conditions: a. The tenant shall inform Provacances of the illness no later than 48 hours after the occurrence of the illness, either in writing or by telephone, and Provacances must have been notified of the cancellation no later than at noon on the day of the arrival stated in the rental agreement. b. Provacances shall receive proof of the incident warranting cancellation, ie. medical certificate or death certificate, within 72 hours of notification.
