Description

The house is located at the rear end of a flat land with beautiful trees. You have a private driveway to two car parks. Surrounded by oleanders and bamboo, a 8 x 4 meter pool with outside shower and ample deck space for sunbathing and relaxing. Who likes to play boules or badminton can do so in an open area. A covered porch is the ideal pied for reading or eating. The conservatory has already in the morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The large living / dining room with fireplace and is the central place for family meals for retreat, reading, watching TV (satellite system) or listen to music (iPod connector).

There are around the house several stay options: Before the covered terrace is a
another terrace which is always sunny (with dining area and a garden is part. Behind it finds the
Pool and deck area surrounded by hedges and therefore can not be seen, behind it is a beach
area- also equipped with chairs and sunny. The other half of the garden is an outdoor area,
the gravelled driveway to the garage and seating around the house. For barbecue fans is also a Weber
Charcoal grill ready.

The kitchen is useful equipped: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, gas cooker with electric oven are naturally included. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, both with large window / and or patio door and each adjoining bath. The first bathroom has a tub, sink and toilet, the second bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
The living room has a dining area and a TV-relaxation area. It is equipped with a fireplace and leads on one side to the covered terrace, on the other side in
the winter garden, which is also equipped with a small dining area and is located behind the house,
so you get sun all times.

Flooring beside the garage has a fixed drying rack and a shelter. There is a bike that can be used for the short walk to the bakery or grocery store. It is possible to walk to fetch the morning baguette and croissants, the baker is only 800 m away, nearest grocery shop is next to offer the missing breakfast ingredients. Both are open daily and fresh breakfast in the morning is one for us to leave it.

The entire property is completely fenced, it is also well suited for dog owners, as well as a
small dog does not fit through the fence or hedges with fence. The quiet location of "le petit refuge" and the ability to run from the house to the town center or in the vineyards, are pleasant and relaxing.

Location and surroundings of object

Saint Antonin is surrounded by picturesque vineyards and wineries in the idyllic countryside of Provence. There you will find exclusive houses and villas with extensive landscaped gardens. There is a small village with church, post office, grocery store and bakery -Of us out in about 500 meters on foot. You arrive at the only hotel in town and a small park past where there are benches and a small sports field (2 tennis courts) There is a chocolatier and a wine shop - although you can also go to the surrounding chateaus here. From time to time there is a barbecue event in the village - or an extra Paeellaessen, sometimes Sundays dance or a flea market. The cards are therefor it in the grocery store.

From the house you can enjoy long walks and cycling in the Provence. The nearest town is the living Lorgues. Within walking distance from the house to baker (stone oven) and the small, well-stocked supermarket, both are open daily.

The nearest town is Logues. Ca 7 km away and. By car in 10 minutes to reach. In Lorgues you can find supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and doctors. Every Tuesday here one of the most beautiful Provençal markets is a mixed market with food, artists and crafts, textile market and features of the region. The market is really worth a visit and is always well attended.

The nearest Mediterranean beaches are located in Les Issambres, Ste. Maxime or St. Raphael and Frejus in about 40km. That means more and its beaches are easily reached via the motorway and take the road, travel time about 45 min. Even St. Tropez is easiest to visit Ste Maxime. Here you can catch a boat from the harbor Ste. Maxime from translating - the connection is regularly and to get in the famous port of St Tropez in - ie directly in the center. Of course you can also continue by car and on the peninsula of St. Tropez, the large beaches or
visit the places in between. Gassin and le Plan de la Tour have always impressed us.

In a similar distance as the Mediterranean, ie about 40 km or 40 minute drive is the gorge Goerges du Verdon, a large nature reserve with bathing facilities (fe. Em Lac de St. Croix), hiking, kayaking, rafting or surfing but also beschauichen job pedalos or ice cream and magical views across the lake.

The Provence itself has many attractions. Nearby are places like Aups, Cotignac, Salernes, Entrecasteux, mostly medieval with lots of nature (bsp. Waterfalls) and beautiful
Center. In between wine and olive growing regions and the chateau - including the Chateau
offer Berne quite with us near a direct sales / tasting, but also gastronomy. At the
Chateau Berne (between Lorgues and Salernes situated) you can also go hiking, mountain biking
or carts for rent, the Chateau itself has a hotel and a shop area, plus a bistro and always
back events such as Brocante, an antique market, which takes place every first Sunday of the month.
Altogether there are to discover around the calm and contemplative St. Antonin a lot.

Holiday in the vineyards

The four of us with our dog had a very relaxing and restful holiday in St.Antonin. The size of the house is perfect for four. My children didn't want to share the bed anymore, so we also used the pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. The property is so big that we were really to ourselves. The pool was perfect for cooling off as it was already very hot in July. However, it now has a cover that you have to/can put on because of the many pine trees in the area that are losing their needles. That was a bit of a shame because we could only half use the pool to play ball. There is a bakery in the village, which can be reached by bike in five minutes, and a small supermarket that has the essentials. There is even a local vintner from whom we bought wine. Just perfect!!! The landlady was also very nice and gave lots of tips for the surrounding area. We would love to come back again!

recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet
