Our house with approx. 120 sqm of living space is situated on a 3500 sqm garden property with old trees above a small river (la Bresque). Relax on the terrace facing the garden, under the wrought-iron pergola on the terrace facing the river, on the partially covered roof terrace, or in the swimming pool (9 x 4m). Here you will not be disturbed by traffic noise, as the house is located in a side valley with no through traffic, where there are only a few farms and wineries. Romantic villages of the Green Var such as Entrecasteaux, Salernes (tiles), Cotignac, Le Thoronet, Carces are within a 10 km radius. All destinations of the central Côte d'Azur are reachable within an hour – St. Tropez, Grasse, Cassis, Fréjus, Antibes, as well as many destinations in southern Provence (Aix en Provence, Gran, country house door at the front and windows to the river at the back of the Verdon Gorge). The former garage was converted into an apartment with a separate entrance, bathroom, and toilet for 2 people, ideal for grandparents or older children.

Garden plot with old trees, well, 30 m riverbank, play lawn, sunbathing area by the pool, 2 terraces. Narrow and steep stone staircase in the house, but with handrail. Because of the riverbank: please inquire about small children. The sea is 35 km away. Dining area for 6 people each in the kitchen and living room. Swimming pool 9 x 4 m, guides, books. A scenically beautiful, challenging, little-frequented golf course (Barbaroux) is 18 km away. Climbing rocks near Correns, approx. 12 km away, surfing on Lake St. Croix 30 km, several riding stables nearby. Canoe tours on the Argens about 5 km away. Cycling (mountain bike) from the house, free Wi-Fi.
