Our holiday apartment "Gording I" is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building of our holiday property and was created in 2026 through extensive remodeling and renovation measures. Now it presents itself as a small, fine, and bright one-room apartment with a cozy living/dining area, a visually separated sleeping area (bed accessible from the front), and a daylight bathroom.

We also did not skimp on the furnishings and have integrated a new kitchenette.

Our holiday property 'Urlaubsresidenz Meeressehnsucht' with a total of 8 apartments (3 in the main house and 5 in the apartment building) offers you everything for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Depending on the size and layout of each apartment, you have a living room, up to 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped fitted kitchen/kitchenette, and a balcony/terrace with seating at your disposal. The rooms are bright and invite you to relax. LCD/LED flat screen and hi-fi mini system complement our year-round offer for the most beautiful days of your year. Of course, we are also happy to provide you with a travel crib and high chair for children (subject to availability) as well as a parking space free of charge. You can easily reach the spa square with access to the fine sandy beach after only 300 m. Shopping facilities are within walking distance (approx. 600 meters). Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom and thus combines the tranquility of the hinterland with the lively activity on the Baltic Sea beach. Although our island is rather flat, in Koserow you also have the opportunity to climb a mountain. From the 60-meter-high Streckelsberg, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the island of Rügen, the chalk cliffs, and the island of Oie, whose lighthouse can already be seen from afar when the weather is clear.

Koserow offers attractions for everyone. Whether you are a swimming enthusiast, sailor, surfer, hiker, cyclist, or simply someone who is passionate about nature, all these preferences and interests are satisfied in Koserow. Koserow is especially popular due to its mild stimulating climate.

Culture enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for here. Not far from Koserow is the Otto Niemeyer Holstein studio, belonging to the most important painter of the German Baltic Sea coast.

additional information about rental price:

As part of the flat rate, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables, such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mat and tea towel.

The local visitor's tax, which must also be paid on site, is € 1.50 or € 0.50 per person (from 18 years) and day, depending on the season. Persons from 14 - 17 years only pay € 1.00 per day in the high season.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels, or you can conveniently book a linen package (bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel), which we will provide for a one-off charge of €15.00.
