The apartment complex Residenz 'Seestern' is located 100m away from the wide, fine sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity there are good shopping facilities and well-kept restaurants.
The flat is on the 1st floor (quiet south-west facing position) of house 1, where the swimming pool and wellness area are free of charge (sauna for a fee). The complex has lifts and free underground parking spaces. There is also a bicycle storage room.
Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Thanks to its harmonious climate, Boltenhagen is the second oldest Baltic seaside resort (since 1803). It is an up-and-coming, lively place, which is lovingly designed and maintained by the community. Various cultural events on the stage of the spa gardens, new marina, 18-hole golf course Hohen Wieschendorf (18 km away).
