Depending on the size and layout of each flat, you have a living room, up to 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped fitted kitchen/kitchenette and a balcony/terrace with seating furniture at your disposal. The rooms are bright and invite you to relax. LCD/LED flatscreen, DVD player and hi-fi mini system complete our year-round offer for your best days of the year. Of course, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and chair (subject to availability) as well as a car parking space free of charge. The spa square with access to the fine sandy beach is only 200 m away. Shopping facilities are within walking distance (approx. 600 metres). Koserow is situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom and thus combines the tranquillity of the Achterland with the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea beach. Although our island is rather flat, you also have the opportunity to climb a mountain in Koserow. From the 60-metre high Streckelsberg, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the island of Rügen, the chalk cliffs and the island of Oie, whose lighthouse can be seen from afar.

Koserow offers attractions for everyone. Whether you are a bathing enthusiast, sailor, surfer, hiker, cyclist or simply a nature lover, all these preferences and interests are satisfied in Koserow. Koserow is particularly popular because of its mild, stimulating climate.

Culture enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for here. Not far from Koserow is the studio of Otto Niemeyer Holstein, the most important painter on the German Baltic coast.

The rental price applies for an occupancy of up to 3 persons. Additional occupancy with a child up to 3 years (overnight stay in a travel cot) is possible and costs EUR 3.00 per night all year round.

As part of the flat rate, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mats and tea towels.

The local visitor's tax, which has to be paid additionally on site, amounts to 1.50 € or 0.50 € per person (from 18 years) and day, depending on the season. Persons from 14 - 17 years only pay € 1.00 per day in the high season.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels, or you can conveniently book a linen package (bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel), which we will provide for a one-off charge of € 15.00.
