Of course, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and chair (subject to availability) as well as a car parking space free of charge. The spa square with access to the fine sandy beach is only 200 m away. Shopping facilities are within walking distance (approx. 600 metres). Koserow is situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom and thus combines the tranquillity of the Achterland with the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea beach. Although our island is rather flat, you also have the opportunity to climb a mountain in Koserow. From the 60-metre high Streckelsberg, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the island of Rügen, the chalk cliffs and the island of Oie, whose lighthouse can be seen from afar.

| The rental price applies for an occupancy of up to 6 persons. For each additional person (max. 2) we charge 5,00 EUR (high season: 10,00 EUR) per night. Children up to 3 years cost EUR 3.00 per night as 7th and/or 8th person all year round. As part of the flat rate, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mats, tea towels and dishwasher tabs. The local visitor's tax, which has to be paid additionally on site, amounts to € 1.50 or € 0.50 per person (from 18 years) and day, depending on the season. Persons from 14 - 17 years pay € 1.00 per day only in the high season. Tolle Unterkunft
This holiday apartment is in a great location. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious and equipped with plenty of storage space. The conservatory room also has a real bed (it's still a sofa bed in the photo). The kitchen is well-equipped and has spices available. The apartment is accessible via its own staircase and has its own cloakroom on the ground floor, so jackets and shoes are not in the way. Additionally, there are two parking spaces.

Close to the beach, quiet and spacious - but otherwise?
The apartment is spacious, best suited for 6 people with max. 1 toddler (high chair and travel cot available). Not recommended for 7 or 8 (we were 7). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes - so far so good. The other guests sleep on a double sofa bed in the conservatory (no wardrobe - clothes need to be kept in the bedroom or in a suitcase) and a pull-out sofa bed in the living and TV room (no wardrobe, see above). always have to put away the bedding and the bed and the people who have to sleep here always have to go to bed last. . . ). Only 6 chairs at the dining table, 4 chairs on the balcony - constantly rearranging. Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom. . . Kitchen otherwise cozy. 2 light bulbs broken. Ordered laundry packages not there. Poor service. Laundry packages were supposed to arrive the next day, but got them due to the missing bedding. 1 sheet didn't fit the double bed - got a new one. Coffee maker took 3/4 hours, then we got a different one. Door handle between bedroom and conservatory broken, door could not be locked or someone could get locked in. Grill available but very small, other grills already put away according to the assistant. Apartment not clean: Hair in the bathroom and chip crumbs under the coffee table (we had to move it to unfold the sofa bed. . .). The staff made us feel like we needed to apologize for being on vacation while she was working. Not nice for tourists!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen. Dass die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im Wintergarten und im Wohnbereich Schlafcouches sind, ist der Objektbeschreibung eindeutig zu entnehmen. In der Küche sind insgesamt 8 Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Insofern verstehen wir die diesbezügliche Mängelanzeige nicht. Wäschepakete stellen wir gern und rechtzeitig. Hierfür sind diese aber auch zu buchen. Zu allen anderen Punkten hätte eine Ansprache vor Ort geholfen um sofortige Abhilfe zu schaffen. MfG Marco Duschek-Winkler
