The Ostseeblick flat with its approx. 148 sqm is a large and modern holiday flat that is ideal for 4-6 people. If you book for 4 people, you can use the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor of the flat, and if you book for 5 or more people, you can also use the rooms on the ground floor.
The flat has numerous exceptional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Smart comfort and a relaxing holiday - here you have both with our Loxone smart home system, audio/radio in all rooms and access via code keypad.
A highlight is the private wellness area on the ground floor with large, ground-level shower/guest WC with hairdryer, electric towel radiator, private sauna with modern controls and smart lighting, relaxation area with 4 loungers and access to the terrace with large garden area. You can enjoy the sound of the Baltic Sea in the background while reading a good book on the terrace.
The large panoramic windows in the living area on the 1st floor offer a breathtaking view of the vastness of the Baltic Sea.
There is a TV in the living area and in the bedrooms on the upper floor and, of course, WiFi throughout the property so that you can be online at all times if required. Online access via cable is also possible at the desks in all bedrooms.
In the living area, the spacious corner sofa and the swivelling fireplace provide additional cosy warmth if required. On arrival, we will provide you with enough beech logs for 3-4 fires. You will also find a large dining table with six comfortable chairs and a cosy reading corner with armchair and stool.
All bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a gel topper to ensure a good night's sleep. Decentralised ventilation ensures that the air is always fresh and clean. We have fitted pleated blinds on the windows to provide privacy and blackout and fly screens in summer.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. You can expect an open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven with grill function, an induction hob with multi-zone control and extractor bonnet, a fridge with freezer compartment, a Nespresso and standard coffee machine, kettle and toaster with bread roll attachment, an extensive WMF cooking pot set, crockery and cutlery for 6 people and waste bins for waste separation.
For added convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor, as well as a hoover and an iron with ironing board.
The flat has a large corner terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a large lawn with a bench. Here you can relax at any time and enjoy the view. A Weber gas barbecue with gas bottle is available for your barbecuing pleasure.
Outside, you can use two parking spaces on the property free of charge and a lockable, private garage for your bikes and other utensils that you want to store safely. A wallbox (11kw) is attached to the garage for your electric car with billing at fair rates according to consumption. Underfloor heating and cooling with a heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures in the house all year round.

Location and surroundings of object
Dranske is a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers - with two beaches.
The beaches of Dranske are located in the north of Rügen. On one side is the partly unspoilt Bodden landscape and on the other is the pristine, sometimes gentle and sometimes rough Baltic Sea.
The beaches on the Bodden side are very popular with surfers. A surf school offers many great programmes. You can take a relaxing stroll along the wild natural Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the peace and quiet. A special highlight here are the most beautiful sunsets on the island, even with a view of Hiddensee.
The unspoilt bathing paradise "Die Schaabe", with its wonderful sandy beach, which is up to 40 metres wide in places, lies directly in front of pine forests and is ideal for those who want to leave the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts behind. The water in the bay is rather calm and shallow.
In the far north, near Noonevitz and Fernlüttkevitz, you will find Sonnenstrand beach. Over a length of 7 km and in some sections up to 30 metres wide, there is a beautiful, quiet and not at all crowded sandy beach. As the beach is located directly on the Baltic Sea and not in a bay like the Schaabe or Prora, you will probably have the cleanest bathing water here, even if it is usually a little cooler.
Travelling by ferry - a first highlight
Drive from Stralsund on the B96 to Samtens; from Samtens, follow the L30 via Gingst and Trent to the Wittow ferry. After a short ferry crossing, follow the L30 to Wiek; approx. 2km after Wieck, turn left towards Dranske; then turn right again towards Kreptitz to Lancken.
If you don't like ferries - how about a detour to the Schaabe?
From Stralsund, follow the B96 via Bergen to Sagard; from Sagard, follow the L30 via Glowe - along the Schaabe - to Juliusruh to Altenkirchen; approx. 2km after Altenkirchen, turn right towards Dranske; then turn right again towards Kreptitz to Lancken.
You can also go on wonderful hikes here, e.g. through the fairytale forest near Schwarbe Siedlung with fantastic sea views and along the nearby Lancken cliffs to Dranske or towards Bakenberg. Especially after stormy days, you can successfully search for amber on the coast. Guided hikes are offered on the Südbug, which is part of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.
There are also many opportunities for cycling through the landscape of North Rügen on cycle paths and small roads.
Visit the northernmost point of Rügen, Cape Arkona with its lighthouses. Dozens of ventilation pipes protrude from the ground in the immediate vicinity of the lighthouses. The history of the bunkers on Cape Arkona is a long one. It begins in 1915 with the construction of the first bunker, which has not been renovated and is not open to the public for security reasons. The other two bunkers can be visited.
There are numerous restaurants, shops, doctors and pharmacies within a radius of 3-8 kilometres.
