CASA PANCOLE is an authentic natural stone house on a country estate in the Maremma hinterland
near the small town of Scansano - famous for its excellent red wine "Morrellino di Scansano"!
The holiday home is part of a rural estate with three building complexes.
The owners live in the main house - in a natural stone house next door and in the third building
the four separate accommodation units (7 double rooms) have been furnished and equipped as a holiday home for a total of 14 holiday guests.
However, the holiday home is only rented out as a complete unit.
The absolute highlight of this holiday home is (in addition to the sensationally low price)
the large private pool for guests (14 x 7 metres), which is equipped with a sliding glass roof.
Swimming fun in all weathers!
The pool is surrounded by a large garden plot, on which there is also a shady and furnished pergola
is located. Here, meals and socialising in the open air become a "Fiesta sui Prati"!
A barbecue is also included.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests!
In summer, the glass roof is opened during the day and closed at night to maintain the water temperature.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

The 2nd double bedroom with shower room is reached via three steps.
One of the two bathrooms is handicapped accessible.
First floor 80 m²:
Access via external stone staircase
Large living room with dining area and kitchenette, dishwasher and fridge.
Three air-conditioned double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower.
In another outbuilding
Flat 1 - 30 m²: double room with shower room, outdoor seating area in front of the apartment
Flat 2 - 30 m² double room with shower room, outdoor seating area in front of the apartment
Cosy, rustic and typically Tuscan accommodation.
Please note: The guest area is a separate area and away from the owners' house.
The owners guarantee their guests maximum privacy.
There are cats and a dog on the farm.
