In the hinterland of the coast of Grosseto lies the hamlet of Chiesa Madre.
The hamlet consists of several small individual farms, which is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards along the road lined.
Podere Riccardo - a former farmhouse - is one of five houses a small
Houses and was converted into a lovely holiday home after years of renovation and just now completed.
About an electric gate in committing the very nice, large and fully fenced basically pieces.
The well-kept garden runs behind the house and ends at a magnificent
Panorama Square with a new swimming pool, sun deck with loungers and umbrellas.
Both at the house is a covered patio for outdoor dining, as well as
the garden house - overlooking the pool - was a cozy and shady spot for guests
the house furnished.
Throughout the garden and pool area protects an encircling hedge prying eyes.
The house, a beautiful and typical Tuscany stone building is planned for a total of seven guests.
The ground floor has a large living-Essraummit kitchenette, a storage room with washing machine and ironing board and a shower with WC.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor to three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and three bathrooms with shower.
Podere Riccardo is an ideal holiday abode for a large family or group who want to spend a holiday in the sea, but prefer a retreat place for relaxation and Relaxing after a lively beach life or anstrengenen excursions in the beautiful surroundings.
The lovable owners live in the neighborhood. The house, the garden and the pool are available exclusively to guests. Merely for pool maintenance and any applicable yard maintenance the owner will be estate.

Location and surroundings of object
Podere Riccardo is a detached and completely enclosed stone house on a small farm,
belonging to the hamlet of Chiesa Madre. Four other houses are in the neighborhood.
Access to the house erfolt on a paved road.
The location of the house allows a very fast connection to the beaches between Castiglione della Pescaia and the natural park Alberese and to many interesting destinations in the hinterland of the Maremma.
Scansano (Morellino wine) Saturnia (hot springs) Monte Amiata, Excavation places Etruscan settlements
and much more, offer a varied holiday program. Madre Chiesa is a small hamlet near Istia d'Ombrone and Arcille and is located on the road that leads to Scansano.
The hamlet consists of only five houses - one of which is Podere Riccardo.
Shopping for daily needs there are in Istia d'Ombrone, where there are also two Ristoranti, bar and pizzeria.
In Arcille - the next place in about 2 km distance there is a bakery and a pizzeria.

Great holiday in Tuscany!
Dear Schuler family, we are back from Tuscany and are very excited! It was a great holiday in beautiful Italy and at Podere Riccardo. Our landlord family was so lovely and attentive, we didn't want for anything! We can highly recommend the house. Haus Top–Beschreibung Flop
Wir waren im Juni 2018 mit 5 Personen und Hund im Podere Riccardo. Ein wirklich tolles, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus und Grundstück. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter die uns mit Wein und Früchten ständig verwöhnt haben. Die anderen bewohnten Häuser des Podere waren nicht störend, da sie sich an der Nebenseite des Hauses befanden. Wer jedoch der ars-Ferienhaus Beschreibung eines privaten und uneinsehbaren Pool Bereiches glaubt, wird -wie wir- sehr enttäuscht sein. Direkt neben dem Pool befindet sich eine mehrteilige zweistöckige Wohneinheit mit direktem Blick auf den Pool und Garten, die uns die von ars-Ferienhaus versprochene Privatsphäre gründlich vermasselte.
Eine Privatsphäre am Pool und Garten gibt es leider nicht, da man sich den ganzen Tag beobachtet fühlt.
Schade, dass es solche Mogeleien bei der Hausbeschreibung noch gibt.

es tut mir sehr leid, wenn während Ihres Aufenthaltes im Podere Riccardo Ihre Privat-Sphäre durch angebliche Blicke von Nachbarn gestört und beeinträchtigt wurde.
Ihr Kommentar und Ihre Bewertung dazu ist jedoch unfair, keine sachdienliche und hilfreiche Kritik und zudem eine bösartige Unterstellung!
Es gibt keinerlei Veranlassung, an der Beschreibung des Hauses etwas zu verändern
und es ist schon sehr dreist, von Mogeleien zu sprechen.
Wir vermieten das Haus seit 3 Jahren im Auftrag des Besitzers nahezu durchgehend von Mai bis Oktober
und Podere Riccardo ist zu einem unserer beliebtesten und am meisten nachgefragten Ferienhaus in der Maremma geworden.
Das liegt daran, dass das Haus, wie Sie selber beschreiben, sehr sauber und gepflegt ist und der Besitzer ein ungewöhnlich freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und großzügiger Gastgeber ist.
Besonders schätzen unsere Gäste den schönen, gepflegten und ringsum eingezäunten Gartenbereich mit Pool.
In drei Jahren hat sich noch kein einziger Gast über mögliche störende Blicke
von einem Nachbarhaus hinter der inzwischen ca 2 m hohen Hecke beschwert.
Zudem hat gerade dieses Haus ein unglaubliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das seinesgleichen sucht!
Ihre Bewertung und (leider unlöschbare) unsachliche Kommentar dient weder dem Vermieter (den Sie ja sehr loben) noch weiteren interessierten Gästen, die ein typisches, preiswertes Toskana-Ferienhaus mit Pool und einem schönen, eingezäunten und von Hecken umgebenes Gartengrundstück suchen.
Ihre Ausführungen rücken lediglich unsere seriöse Arbeit als Vermittler und Vermieter der Ferienhäuser ungerechtfertigt in ein schlechtes Licht.
Insofern bedaure ich es sehr, dass wir Ihnen dieses Ferien-Domizil vermittelt haben.

Perfect holiday!
We are a family with two children and a small dog. We were looking for a holiday home where the dog could run around freely without constant observation, and we found it. The property is completely fenced in and even our Jack Russell couldn't escape anywhere. He used the two weeks intensively for his gecko hunting, but thank goodness he never caught one! The pool was the highlight for our children, it was cleaned every morning by the owner. The house itself is furnished with great attention to detail, and in the kitchen you will find almost everything your heart desires-the only thing we missed was a decent bread knife. The mixer for cake batter is also missing, but that didn't negatively affect our holiday. The rooms are very large and attractively furnished, in one room the mattress was a bit hard. The holiday home and the dining area furniture are designed for 8 people, (there are also 8 beds!) however, there is only a small two-seater sofa in the living room, but on holiday you want to be outside and in the pool as much as possible. The holiday home is situated between two residential buildings on a road with little traffic, but you have to be careful if you want to walk your dog because there is no footpath. So always walk carefully along the road! Every room in the holiday home is equipped with a mosquito screen. Perfect! We had a wonderful rest, everything was just as we had imagined. And thank goodness we didn't have to live with too many mosquitoes or wasp infestations, probably because we were there too early. But you can find enough insect repellent spray in the washroom.
We can unreservedly recommend the Podere Riccardo, and will gladly come again!

Everything fine
The arrival was announced in advance by Mrs. Schuller! In general, I would also like to say that the rental by Mrs. Schuler was also perfect. We received a brochure in advance with all the tips and tricks for Tuscany. The landlords themselves are very friendly, the house is TOP, everything you need is there. The garden is lovingly designed and completely fenced in, which was great for our 2.5 year old daughter. There are also fans in the rooms (as a drop of bitterness instead of air conditioning).
In my opinion, this is the only disadvantage, as there is no air conditioning. If you don't mind the warm weather or the warm air in the rooms, you certainly don't need one. The location of the house is also great, as you can be in Grosseto in 10 minutes. You can do all your shopping there! 5 minutes from the house is a great restaurant or pizzeria where we went on our last day. All in all, we can only recommend the house.

Successful vacation in Tuscany
The property is completely fenced, making it perfect for dog owners. The pool and garden are regularly maintained. The owner, Signore Riccardo, regularly asks if everything is okay (he also produces excellent olive oil and very good wine, which can be purchased at a very reasonable price by arrangement).
The property is located on a little frequented country road and is hardly visible, thanks to the dense laurel hedges surrounding it.
A car is necessary for shopping and visiting sights. However, the distances are not exaggerated.
The owner, his family, and the neighbors are very nice and helpful in every respect (a few words in Italian would be helpful from the guest's side).
A successful vacation all around.
