Description
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor in a small apartment building in the centre of Groet. The flat Staete 2 is comfortably furnished. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 metres from the beautiful Camperduin beach. Behind the building is the nature reserve. There are beautiful cycling and walking routes through the woods and dunes to the beach.
Entrance area with separate toilet. Living area with TV with several German programmes and Netflix. Dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The children's room is small and has a ventilation system.
A bicycle parking space is available (general use).
You can park behind the building (small car) or free of charge on the street.

Location and surroundings of object
You can park at the beach in the large car park for € 6 per day. There is also a fantastic mountain bike trail just a few minutes' walk from the flat. In July/August there is a weekly open-air market with live music. Around the corner there is a bike hire shop (including e-bikes), bakery, supermarket, terraces and various good restaurants.
