Holiday flat GroeterStaete 4 is located on the ground floor in a small apartment building in the centre of Groet. The spacious and very well-maintained holiday flat with sunny terrace is nicely and comfortably furnished and has a beautiful location facing the dune area.
Layout:
Entrance area with separate toilet, nice living room with comfortable seating furniture, TV with several German channels and WLAN. Dining table and open and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a small bedroom with a single bed (80x200). Both bedrooms are accessible from the living area as well as from the bathroom. Modern bathroom with duo shower and sunshower (sun in the shower). Parking space is available. You can park your bicycles under cover (general parking space) or on your own terrace

Parking at the beach is possible on the large parking lot for € 6, - per day. A fantastic mountain bike route is also within walking distance of the apartment. In July / August there is a free market with live music every week. Around the corner there is a bicycle rental (also e-bikes), bakery, supermarket, terraces and various good restaurants.

Beautiful holiday apartment
We were three people with a dog in this beautiful vacation rental and felt very comfortable and welcome. The landlords have thought of everything and the apartment is decorated with great attention to detail. Shops, restaurants, bike rental all within walking distance. It was a relaxing week for us and also for our dog. Thank you very much!

We spent a week of summer holiday there with a child.
The flat is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes by bike.
Places with a little more life are reached in 15-20min by car.
The flat is furnished as new , clean and well maintained . Great bathroom .
Kitchen well equipped - with everything needed .
Parking space directly at the house.
Small terrace with seating.
Restaurants, bakery and small supermarket within walking distance.
Very nice and sympathetic landlords.

Beautiful!
We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful flat. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The flat has a nice and quiet location and is just a stone's throw from the beach. There are comfortable beds and the beds are made on arrival. We felt welcome and very comfortable. We will be happy to come back

Top accommodation in a beautiful location and very friendly host.
We have now been to Staete 4 for the third time and can only recommend this apartment...the furniture and facilities are TOP, it couldn't be better. For the first time in my life, I thought that I would move into Staete 4 without any hesitation. Not only is the interior great, but also the equipment, such as high-quality mattresses, eco-quality duvets, and so on, plus Nicole, the super lovable manager, are great...it already gives a fine feeling. The place itself small but nice with the great dunes, endless cycle paths, and the beautiful beach, what more could you want...for me, full marks and already booked for next year.
