The holiday home is located on the 1st floor (lift available) in a small apartment building in the centre of Groet. The apartment Staete 6 is nicely and comfortably furnished and from the living room you have a view of the centre. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 m from the beautiful beach Camperduin. Behind the building there is already the nature reserve. There are beautiful cycle and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes up to the beach.
Arrangement: Bright and tastefully furnished living room with hinged door. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher etc.), modern bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed (and with blackout curtains) and a small children's room.

Location and surroundings of object
You can park at the beach on the large parking lot for € 6,- per day. A fantastic mountain bike course is also only a few minutes walk from the apartment. In July/August there is a weekly free market with live music. Around the corner there is a bicycle rental (also e-bikes), bakery, supermarket and various good restaurants.
