Description
In our holiday homes for up to 8 people, approx. 700 m from the beach and the sea, we have placed great emphasis on cosiness with a maritime flair and we hope that you will also feel at home.
Large, tastefully furnished living room with flatscreen TV and reading corner with adjoining modern kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo, coffee machine and toaster. Free WLAN and digital television with German channels are of course available.
Also at ground level is a bedroom with a box-spring double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate guest WC.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with box-spring beds and a room with bunk beds (separate children's bed available). The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
It is not for nothing that the pleasantly quiet holiday park is called "Fort Soleil", as the houses are oriented so that the sun is in the garden all day and you can rest and relax here.
From here, you can also go on wonderful cycle tours along the coast or through small, tranquil villages where small bistros and restaurants invite you to linger and relax. Or enjoy the peace and quiet on a walk through the salt marshes of the Waterdunen, a unique nature reserve and recreation area that begins in the immediate vicinity of the park.
We are also happy to welcome your four-legged friends.
Our houses SeaTime (Fort Soleil 45), SeaPearl (Fort Soleil 49) and SeaGull (Fort Soleil 60) are almost identically furnished and are located close to each other. If SeaTime is not available, we will be happy to offer you one of the other two houses. You can have a look at them on our website. If you have a special house request, we will of course try to take it into account.

Location and surroundings of object
Breskens - only about 3 hours away from the Rhineland metropolitan region and the Ruhr area - offers pure relaxation within a short distance. Enjoy the extensive beach, which has been honoured several times as the "cleanest beach in the Netherlands". The sunsets, which you can experience on an evening stroll, are breathtaking.
If you're not in the mood for the beach, it's worth visiting the fishing museum and the various shops and restaurants in Breskens as well as taking a stroll through the towns of Sluis, Ghent or Bruges. Or you can take the ferry to Vlissingen and Middelburg or ...
The well-signposted cycle tours through the region are also particularly relaxing - past dreamy little villages, along the kilometre-long dune path by the sea all the way to Belgium - and everywhere you will find inviting little bistros or beach huts for a relaxing break. Or take the ferry to Vlissingen and explore the beautiful places on Walcheren such as Middelburg or Verre.
There are also plenty of catering facilities. In Breskens you will find two well-stocked supermarkets (Junbo and Plus) and various retail outlets where you can find everything you need for your daily needs. Aldi and Lidl are located in Oostburg.

Great holiday apartment for a long weekend
We booked the vacation apartment spontaneously one week before arrival, as we wanted to go away for my birthday.
The booking went smoothly and uncomplicated. The Wirths family is very accommodating, super quick in communication, and reliable. Thank you very much for that.
A late arrival around 10:00 PM was also not a problem. The agency that manages the holiday home sent all the necessary information in advance, so we were able to easily retrieve the key from the key box.
The house looks exactly as it does in the photos. We felt very comfortable, and it was furnished with attention to detail.
It is particularly practical that there are two bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet. We are with 3 adults, 2 children (3 years old). , arrived with two large dogs and had plenty of space. The garden was particularly enjoyed by our dogs.
It is a short walk to the dyke and the sea.
We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the house and would love to come back.

Cozy holiday home by the sea, good for large families
We had a nice time in Breskens in the holiday home in the Landal holiday park. The arrival process was straightforward. The house offers enough sleeping and seating options for 8 people. The garden is very large and extends the rather small living room. Everything needed for a few days was there - only a hairdryer would have been good.
We would love to come back.

Successful vacation with 3 generations :)
We were with 2 couples, our mom, two small children (1+5 years) and a miniature poodle in the holiday house. Space and amenities were great for everyone. The house is well-maintained, nicely equipped, and clean. The additional bathroom directly by the bedroom on the ground floor was wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed the fenced garden with sun loungers and plenty of seating. Only a small grill would have been nice. The path from the house to the beach was great for everyone, including play opportunities for the children along the way.
The Jumbo at the entrance to the village can be easily reached on foot, and one should also take a look at the offerings from the direct provider. A nice offer.
All in all, it was a lovely stay in this cozy house.

Great house
Super nice landlords, fast and uncomplicated process, great well-maintained house, always worth a trip. Breskens is a great little town where you can find everything your heart desires.

Everything is great for a successful family vacation!
Everything is perfect for a successful family vacation with dog, child, and grandparents! The house is well-equipped and cozy with an inviting setup, the garden is securely fenced for the dog, and there is a separately lockable area for the washing machine and, for example, for parking bicycles. Particularly positive is the walking distance to the beach, where there is always something to observe and discover. We were completely satisfied! Our daughter was at the swimming pool almost every evening, and many activities were offered for children. The city of Breskens is also worth exploring. There are various routes for beautiful bike rides all around. We would have liked to stay longer and would love to come back!
