The house is located under the small and characteristic square of the church of San Nicola (car park 5 minutes walk from the house), from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea of Diano Marina.
The house, all on one floor, is spacious, well-kept and comfortable and can accommodate 4 people:

It is easy to reach Diano Marina on one side and Imperia on the other, as Gorleri is halfway between the two.
In addition, you can reach Genoa with its aquarium or Monte Carlo in an hour's drive.
A few minutes from the centre is enough to find yourself in the middle of nature and already feel like you're in another dimension. Ideal place for those who love relaxation, hiking and cycling
Activities and surroundings:
The excellent location allows you to quickly reach sights and cultural centres such as Cervo, Alassio, Sanremo, Monte Carlo and the French Riviera.
The beautiful hinterland with its extensive olive groves offers countless possibilities for excursions and real routes, on foot by mountain bike, while those who want to dive into the sea with a clear seabed can choose both sandy and rocky coasts.

From the motorway exit Genoa - San Bartolomeo al Mare ▶ Drive in a south-westerly direction until the roundabout ▶ Take the first exit on the right and follow the state road for approx. 3.7 km, ▶ Turn right into Via della Repubblica (160 m), ▶ Turn left into Piazza Giovanni XXIII, ▶ Take the first left into Via Villebone towards Via Diano Calderina (650 m) ▶ Turn left towards Via Diano Calderina/Imperia (km 3.8) ▶ Turn left into Via San Leonardo (50 m) ▶ The church is on the right-hand side

Cancellation terms:
- Condizioni di cancellazione: la caparra confirmatoria si intende come conferma definitiva della prenotazione e non può essere restituita ai sensi dell’art. 1385 CC. Tuttavia, nei periodi di bassa stagione (da ottobre a maggio), in caso di cancellazione della prenotazione entro i 30 gg dalla data di inizio soggiorno, la quota versata quale caparra sarà trasformata in un buono vacanza non frazionabile (voucher) da utilizzare entro un anno per un soggiorno nello stesso alloggio (in base alle disponibilità dello stesso), dedotte le spese di amministrazione e segreteria pari al 20% della caparra stessa. Nel caso di cancellazione di prenotazione in alta stagione (da giugno a settembre) saranno applicate le seguenti condizioni : disdetta fino a 60 gg prima della data di inizio soggiorno: voucher pari all’80% della caparra disdetta fino a 40 gg prima della data di inizio soggiorno : voucher pari al 70% della caparra disdetta fino a 30 gg prima della data di inizio soggiorno: voucher pari al 50% della caparra Nulla sarà dovuto in caso di cancellazione entro i 29 giorni dall'inizio del soggiorno. Inoltre, nel caso in cui l'alloggio non venga riassegnato per tutto o per parte del periodo prenotato, l'Agenzia potrà richiedere il pagamento dell'intero corrispettivo pattuito o della differenza fra quanto previsto e la minor somma percepita dall’Agenzia.
