This beautiful, modern, elegant holiday villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living space of 195 m². It offers space for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, glorious natural light, a large flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is stunning and features a beautiful walk-in shower, vanity and bath. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has an ensuite pool bath with walk-in shower, queen bed, wardrobe and computer desk. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, computer desk and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Relax and enjoy cable TV or watch a film on the flat screen TV in the cosy living room. With its beautiful design, wonderful colours, natural light and ample seating, the family is sure to relax in comfort! Use all your devices with the free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The open floor plan connecting the dining area and family room allows you to enjoy time with family and friends. Cooking and grilling is fun here, in the large gourmet kitchen with modern cabinets, granite countertop and all the appliances you need. The BBQ KitchenAid gas grill is located near the pool area.
Sunbathe by the heated saltwater pool and enjoy the sunset on the spacious veranda with large seating area.
Villa Timeless is located in a prime residential area of Cape Coral: a few kilometres from Florida's most beautiful white sandy beaches on Sanibel Island, Captiva and the beaches of Fort Myers.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Portable cots and high chairs are available for a small rental fee.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
