Shopping facilities, restaurants, outlets, supermarkets ... everything is nearby. Cape Coral itself is developing and offers with Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point two centres/yacht harbours with promenades, shops, restaurants and cafes on the water.   • REBOOKING, CANCELLATION, TRAVEL INSURANCE A processing fee of $100.00 will be charged for all changes to this booking. Any change requires written confirmation. Any change that is made after conclusion of this agreement (for example: change of property or time period) will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent new booking, I.E. terms of cancellation apply if not confirmed otherwise. Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. In addition to the above described processing fee of $100, the following cancellation fees apply to all booking cancellations: Up to 45 days prior to commencement of rental 30% of rental fee 44-31 days prior to commencement of rental 50% of rental fee 30-15 days prior to commencement of rental 80% of rental fee 14-0 days prior to commencement of rental 100% of rental fee

The prices are valid for an occupancy of up to 8 persons. Discounts are possible for rentals of 10 days or more, depending on travel dates. The following are always added to the rental price: Final cleaning and 11.5% taxes. *** Electricity is included at $100 per week (which is usually sufficient). LICENSES and TRUST ACCOUNTS: It is strictly prohibited in Florida to hold funds for others without keeping meticulous records in an escrow or trust account. These escrow accounts are subject to inspection by the state (Department of Business and Professional Regulation or DBPR for short). In order for the state to give permission to even keep such accounts, you need certain licenses (exams must be taken, fingerprints are taken, criminal history is investigated, etc.). We have ALL the necessary licences and of course we keep the prescribed trust accounts.***
