Welcome to the Maria holiday villa in L'Escala, a charming holiday home that can accommodate up to four guests. In the 70 square metres of living space you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Villa Maria is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which you can enjoy from the comfort of the house. The windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery and allow plenty of natural light into the house. The façade of the house is charming and inviting, with flower boxes on the windows and a well-kept garden.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine. The bright and airy living room is comfortably furnished, with a TV for cosy evenings and a dining table for shared meals.
The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is located in the building in the garden.
The villa has two terraces where you can enjoy the sunny days. There is also a barbecue on wheels for cosy barbecue evenings and a parking space for your vehicle. A high chair is available in the house for younger guests.

L'Escala is a charming coastal town in Catalonia, known for its beaches and its history.
Our holiday home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in a small bay of the Costa Brava, south of the bay of Rosas, on the outskirts of the small town of L'Escala, famous for its picturesque old fishing village centre dating back to the 17th century.
Around this coastal town, there is a great variety of medieval villages such as Sant Marti, Pals, Perratalada, among others.
Important to mention: the more than 2000 year old Greek ruins of Empuries, where a visit to a very interesting archaeological museum is recommended.
Other attractions of L'Escala are the fine, gently sloping sandy beaches and the numerous bays along which there are
wonderful hiking trails that allow unique discoveries of: rocks, plants...etc. ........ also a very nice experience for diving lovers.

Our holiday home is located in a small bay of the Costa Brava, south of the bay of Rosas, on the outskirts of the small town, L' Escala, with the picturesque old town centre as a fishing village from the 17th century, directly by the sea. Around this coastal town, there is a great variety of other medieval villages such as Sant Marti, Pals, Perratalada, etc. Important to mention are the more than 2000 year old Greek ruins of Empuries, where a visit to a very interesting archaeological museum is recommended. Other attractions of L' Escala are the fine, gently sloping sandy beaches and the various bays along which there are wonderful hiking trails that allow unique discoveries of all kinds .... also a very nice experience for diving lovers.
