The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1997 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and courtyard.

Pula. The holiday flat is located on a 920 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (3 burners), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
