The standig individually villa, built in 2010 and renovated in 2018 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.
