We had a great family weekend at House 25, the sauna heated up quickly and was used a lot. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything. We were able to enjoy the February sun on the terrace in the beach chair.

The holiday home offers everything the heart desires. Very modern furnishings. The kitchen equipment was very good. No comparison to other holiday parks in neighboring towns. The outdoor area provides enough space for children and pets. The contact with the Urlando staff was very competent, friendly, and helpful. If there is a problem, someone comes by very promptly to take care of it. We can recommend the house 100%.

House number 25 is located at the end of the settlement, making it extremely quiet and therefore well-suited for relaxation. The house is equipped with everything we need for a lovely holiday. The sauna is small and suitable for only two people, but it heats up quickly to the desired temperature. The house is very clean and lovingly designed. At the main bathing beach (about 20 minutes on foot), a private beach chair belongs to the house and can be used free of charge. The Urlando staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, we liked it very much, and we can only recommend house number 25 and Urlando.

Beautiful holiday home complex, but some things could be renewed (chairs, couch, faucet). The garden and the sandbox could be better maintained. Several pieces of glass were found in the sandbox while playing.

We had a great time in a really very nice and spacious house. The play tower in the garden was a big hit with our little one. We noticed that everyone (from the caretaker to the receptionist to the surf instructor) was very friendly, helpful, and in a good mood.

Very beautiful facility. Wonderful house 25. Enough space for everyone, especially great is the open gallery, which makes the house feel even bigger. The beach is also quick to reach. Very nice reception from the staff at the front desk. Overall, I can only recommend this facility. We will definitely come back.

A very nice accommodation with a good location. Everything you need was available. The furnishings were good, not cheap and haphazard. The completely fenced property is perfect for small children and also dogs. It was not far to the beach (surf beach), but the swimming beach is a bit further away. With the available cart, it's no problem. All in all...very nice accommodation!

We were in house No. 25 from July 27, 2018 to August 3, 2018. The house is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. We were 6 adults and 1 child who is 4 years old. The playground at the house was very much appreciated by our grandchild, ideal also for toddlers since the property is fenced. It's great that a wheelbarrow is also available. However, it's quite a long walk to the beach by the pier, as the beach chair that belongs to the house is located there. With a cart, it is manageable. The surfer beach is nearby but we didn't find it great for swimming. Free internet access was offered, but it never worked, not even at night. My daughter and our son-in-law didn't think that was great. We will definitely come back.

We were in house No. 25 with 6 adults and two children, and I can only recommend it! The size of the house and the distribution of the rooms are optimal. Everything you need is there, and the kitchen is very well equipped! The whole house is modernly furnished and was spick and span clean. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, so the fireplace and sauna were used to the fullest. Both worked perfectly! We found the location of the house to be very positive, very quiet, and with little traffic. The beach is very beautiful and can be reached in a few minutes. We would rent the house again.

We are here for the second time, and it will definitely not be the last. With House 25, we hit the absolute jackpot! We consciously looked at the location beforehand, as we personally prefer the houses on the edge. Equipment, inventory, cleanliness – everything is top-notch with 5 thumbs up. The arrival and departure were completely hassle-free, and once again a big thank you to the friendly property management, who had to help us on the very first day through the emergency number because we had locked ourselves out :-( We were 3 adults and 2 children, and the size of the house was optimal for this. The rooms were by no means soundproof, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, functional, spacious kitchen, fireplace, and sauna - what more could you want for a New Year's vacation? Pelzerhaken has developed wonderfully over the years, with a beautiful promenade and very good cuisine (whenever we are nearby, we stop by the Greek restaurant "Alexandros"). Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end, but we will definitely come back.
