Sehr gepflegte Urlaubsanlage, das Haus ist perfekt für mehrere Leute, drei Bäder und eine große offene Küche. Zum Meer braucht man 5 Minuten. Die Terrassen sind so angelegt, dass man seinen Nachbarn nicht auf den Füßen sitzt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt für die Urlaubstage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a nice vacation in the holiday village and the house offers enough space, especially for large families. Some things could be renewed - fly screens, mattresses on the ground floor... overall we were satisfied and will come back next year, but we will test another house then.

Great house for a family vacation, even with older or adult children. Fully furnished for up to 8 adults. The bathroom on the ground floor is completely accessible and can be used with a walker or wheelchair, large shower without a step and a seat, plus a toilet with a handle. We had another wonderful vacation in Pelzerhaken at the holiday village Südstrand. House No. 24 is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are very large, especially on the upper floor. Even with several people, there is a possibility to retreat. We have stayed in such a large house 4 times before, but No. 24 was the best so far. We will definitely come back again.

We were 8 people for 9 days in house number 24. There was plenty of space for everyone. I have never stayed in a vacation apartment/house that was so well and richly equipped; no counted cutlery, glasses, etc. The personal contact was just as friendly and competent as the phone and email contact. Conclusion: Great days at the Baltic Sea in a highly recommendable property.

2017 to 2018 in House 25 - top! ! 2018 to 2019 then House 24, as there were 2 more people. So we spent another wonderful vacation with a total of 7 people in a well-equipped house with enough space for everyone. We visited the facility for the third time over New Year's and were 100% happy and satisfied this time as well, with everything that comes with it. The highlight regarding the number of people was the large dining table where we sat in the evenings, ate, played, and had a lot of fun together. We stayed overnight with 8 people in House 24 and were very positively impressed by the high-quality furnishings and cleanliness. We can especially highlight the comfortable mattresses and the very well-equipped kitchen (including induction stove, suitable pots, pans, etc.). We have already booked for 2018 :-) Thank you very much, and we look forward to the next stay. Perhaps in a different configuration already in December.

The house was already a place to feel comfortable without having spent the first night in it. It lacks nothing and is highly recommended for small children. We were particularly happy about the wagon, which was used very often and is really practical at the beach and on the promenade. The facility is very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The tranquility was wonderful, and the distance to the beach is minimal. We hope to book again next year.
