Welcome to Hygge Haus, your idyllic vacation destination in Treuenbrietzen-Niebel. Our ecologically renovated and sustainably furnished holiday home offers comfort for 4 adults and 2 children on 120 square meters. Up to 7 adults can also be accommodated here if you are willing to arrange for overnight stays in the living room. The living space is divided into a large eat-in kitchen (with a sofa bed and a single bed), a large bedroom on the upper floor (with a double bed and two children's beds), and a bathroom in the main house, as well as a sleeping room (double bed 160 x 210cm) with a bathroom in the annex.
The Hygge House is surrounded by a beautiful garden for your exclusive use, with a view of the village church. In the completely fenced garden you will find shade-giving trees, flowers, shrubs, as well as old fruit stock: raspberries, blackberries, and grapes. You can spend your time outdoors on our wooden terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a large sunshade. Sunbathers can look forward to two sun loungers and a hammock. A parking space directly in front of the property is also available, even for several cars. Inside the house, you will find a mix of country house and industrial design, a cozy atmosphere, and beautiful unique pieces of furniture. A cast-iron fireplace in the living room provides pleasant warmth and a relaxing crackle. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, water and espresso maker, as well as a French press. Baking trays, kitchen scales, a hand mixer, and a chopper are also available, making cooking and baking a pleasure. A smart TV, an internet-enabled radio, and board games provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available to you throughout your entire stay.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. A high chair is available for the youngest guests. Two bathrooms offer ample space and are equipped with hairdryers.
Dogs are also welcome with us – not just tolerated. Comfortable beds, high-quality bowls, waste bags, and towels await the four-legged friends.
Each room is equipped with underfloor heating, the upper floor with electric blinds.

If your dogs sleep in human beds, please bring your own bed linen. The effort to remove dog hair from the textiles is enormous and never 100% successful. |

We are Kinga (journalist) and Matthias (civil engineer), friends for what feels like forever and have been partners for a few years now. in 2018 we turned our backs on Berlin and bought a small farm in Niebel and spent two years converting one of the steel buildings into a hygge house.
