Welcome to Hygge Haus, your idyllic holiday destination in Treuenbrietzen-Niebel. Our ecologically developed and sustainably furnished holiday home offers comfort for 4 adults and 2 children on 120 square metres. However, there is room for up to 7 adults. The living space is divided into a large kitchen-living room (with a sofa bed and a single bed), a bedroom on the upper floor (with a double bed and two children's beds) and a bathroom in the main house as well as a bedroom (double bed 160 x 210cm) with a bathroom in the annex.
The Hygge House is surrounded by a beautiful garden for your exclusive use and a view of the village church, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening. In the fully fenced garden you will find shady trees, flowers, shrubs and old fruit: raspberries, blackberries and grapes, depending on the season. You can spend your time outdoors on our wooden terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a large parasol. Two sun loungers await sun worshippers. There is also a car park directly in front of the property.
Inside the house you will find a mix of country house and industrial design, a cosy atmosphere and beautiful unique pieces of furniture. A cast-iron fireplace in the living room provides cosy warmth and a relaxing crackle. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and French press. Baking trays, kitchen scales, a hand mixer and chopper are also available, making cooking a pleasure.
Entertainment is provided by a TV, hi-fi system and board games. Free WLAN is available throughout your stay.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. A high chair is available for the youngest guests. Two bathrooms offer plenty of space and are equipped with hairdryers.
Dogs are also welcome here - not just tolerated. Comfortable beds, high-quality bowls, poo bags and towels await your four-legged friends.
Each room is equipped with underfloor heating, the upper floor with electric blinds.

Treuenbrietzen is a charming town in Brandenburg, Germany, just 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The district of Niebel belongs to it administratively, but is 4 kilometres away from the town and has only 100 inhabitants (while Treuenbrietzen has around 7,500 inhabitants).

| Bed linen and towels are included free of charge. There are NO additional costs for electricity or water consumption. Only firewood is charged extra. If your dogs sleep in human beds, please bring your own bed linen. The effort to remove dog hair from the textiles is enormous and never 100% successful. |
Cancellation terms:
- Der Kunde kann jederzeit von dem vertraglich vereinbarten Belegungstermin durch schriftliche Erklärung vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist auch bei telefonischer Buchung der Eingang der schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag wird in jedem Falle eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50,00 € erhoben. Die zusätzlich entstehenden Stornogebühren entstehen nach folgender Staffelung:
- Kostenfreier Rücktritt innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach dem Zeitpunkt des Versandes der Buchungsbestätigung durch den Vermieter;
- Bis zum 31. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Belegungstermin werden Stornokosten in Höhe von 50% der Vertragssumme berechnet;
- bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag in der Zeit vom 31. Tag bis zum 21. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Belegungstermin werden Stornokosten in Höhe von 70% der Vertragssumme berechnet;
- danach werden Stornokosten in Höhe von 95% der Vertragssumme berechnet; Bei vorzeitiger Abreise entsteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Reisepreises.
