Description

Idyllic - in the middle of nature - beautifully situated holiday home on the Adriatic Sea 4 km north of Porec.
An ideal house for nature lovers with approx. 40m² living space suitable for max. 4 persons adjacent to a small forest area with beautiful natural beaches.

Consisting of a separate bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed leading to the open kitchen and a bright bathroom.
The house was completely renovated in 2011 and also has:

- Flat TV
- Washing machine
- Microwave
- Toaster
- 2 bicycles (as required)
- electric outside blinds

It is characterised by the large covered terrace with garden. For cosy barbecue evenings you will find a barbecue and table for up to 6 people.

Parking is possible directly in front of the house.

The holiday home is located in the greenery, adjacent to a small forest area with beautiful natural beaches. The holiday home is in Cervar Porat 4 km north of Porec (Istria) in the north of Croatia directly on the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

In Cervar Porat there are about 4 small supermarkets, a bakery, an internet café, as well as various restaurants & cafés.
The region around Cervar-Porat is known for its sporting activities (water sports, cycling, hiking and fishing).

On the other hand, you can explore a variety of nature reserves on your own and thus get to know the

The village has its own marina for about 500 boats, where moorings can also be rented

Super flat in a very quiet location

My girlfriend and I liked it very much.
The beach was less than 15 minutes walk away. The flat was very clean. If we had any questions or concerns, they were resolved within 2-3 hours.

The description was true and everything promised was delivered.

Thank you very much for the time and the super service!

Very nice and clean

It was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom very hygienic. The landlords were very hospitable and always had an open ear if there were any questions. You feel like with your own family like mentioned in other reviews. We would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful holiday with own car.

Very nice agent. Speaks German and is very helpful with words and deeds.
The house is very clean and well equipped. Directly in front of a parking place for cars.
Everything is there what you read in the description. Nice little harbour. In the village many empty flats or houses and closed shops affect the overall impression. The village of Cervar Porat is quite small and offers few possibilities, but in the vicinity you will find everything you need. We had a quiet and sunny time.
It is only a few hundred metres to the beach. We visited the beach more often by car, without any problems with our dog.
in four kilometres you can reach the bigger town of Porec with everything you need for a nice holiday. Lidl, Kaufland, many restaurants and many possibilities for
for leisure activities.
We were very satisfied with the domicile and the whole holiday.
We would like to thank you for a wonderful accommodation and recommend it to others

Relaxing holiday with dog

Very nice landlords, who speak German, welcome their guests so warmly that one doesn't hesitate to express small extra wishes (which were immediately fulfilled). We felt comfortable from the beginning.
Bathing with a dog (in September) is no problem, a beautiful small harbor with many restaurants where you can enjoy the days beautifully at sunset.
Small drawback: In the village, there are many empty apartments/houses that somewhat impair the overall impression.

Super schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zu spaziergängen ein.

free time activities: Der Ort Cervar Porat ist sehr klein und bietet nicht so viel Möglichkeiten.. aber in naher Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten.

shopping facilities: mehrere kleine Supermärkte, eine Post und einige Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

We would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday here. A great hospitable family, very helpful and friendly. A charming holiday home in a quiet location, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. A beautiful quiet and small village surrounded by nature, but larger towns are also easily accessible from there. Many opportunities for various leisure activities in the area, such as. Quad biking, go-karting, paintball, horse riding, snorkeling, swimming, boat tours, fishing. . . and much much more.
We look forward to coming back again soon.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung dort ist sehr schön und im Ort ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, wie z.B. kleinere Einkaufsläden, die Post, Restaurants, Souvenirshops, der Hafen ect... Auch zum spazieren gehen mit dem Hund war die Gegend ein Traum, da wir direkt Wege vor der Türe hatten, wo man herrlich laufen konnte.

Beautiful Gerbera 5 :-)

I can highly recommend the holiday home. There is a small garden where you can sit outside in the evenings, barbecue, or just chill after the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we often cooked for ourselves and ate outside. The host family is super helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. For us, this was the most beautiful vacation we have ever had, and we would have immediately added another week to the already spent 3. The nature in the surroundings is simply impressive. We will definitely come back! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschöne Umgebung, die man entweder zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto erkunden kann. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt an einem Pinienwald und ist nur ca. 50 mtr vom Strand in Cervar entfernt.

free time activities: Die Umgebung bietet super schöne Joggingstrecken durch den Wald am Meer vorbei, welche ebenfalls für erholsame Spaziergänge genutzt werden können. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit in Porec Wasserski zu fahren. Ich empfehle mit dem Auto anzureisen, da es ganz viele tolle Sehnswürdigkeiten in Istrien gibt. Für Fahrradfahrer auch ein sehr beliebtes Ziel.

shopping facilities: In Cervar selber bekommt man alles was man braucht. Es befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker und diverse Restaurants in der Nähe, die alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
