The place Cervar-Porat (location of the apartment) is located about 4 KM north of Porec. In the apartment is a Massionette apartment on two levels. The property is about 50 meters from the sea and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. It can be bathed there also, the actual beach is located about 400 meters away. There you will find a water slide, boat rentals, mini golf, table tennis, small kiosks, bars, etc.
The apartment is modern and completely refurbished new of 2009. Cervar Porat is a small, cozy resort, directly by the sea. The place has its own marina for about 500 boats, where moorings are available for hire. Cervar-Porat there are several restaurants, a post office and several shops. A water plant is located in close proximity.

A dream
A perfect holiday with the perfect landlords!
We had a very nice time, certainly also thanks to the landlords, nothing was too much.
The flat is very clean, everything is new. The pictures in the ad do the flat no justice! It is so much better in reality.
Dreamlike view from the terrace, no matter if in the morning or in the evening.

Wirklich schön und die Erwartungen übertreffend
Die Wohnung ist schön und toll gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Sollte etwas fehlen bekäme man dies sicher beim Vermieter. Diesser ist in der Nähe. Der Ort selbst bietet ein paar Restaurants und Cafés. Einkaufen kann man besser in 6 km Entfernung.

Harmonie
Wir fahren schon viele Jahre nach Kroatien, aber so sehr wohlgefühlt haben wir uns noch nie. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und der Blick von der Terrasse total entspannend.

Alles wunderbar
Wir waren zu dritt für 3 Nächte im sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wäre auch für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz und es gibt bei jedem Schlafzimmer eine eigene Toilette mit Wasch-/Duschmöglichkeit.
Die Besitzer sind fast nebenan, sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer für einen da! Die Wohnung liegt im schönsten Teil des Ortes direkt am Meer mit wundervollem Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon!

Ein perfekter Urlaub
Eine wunderschön gelegene Wohnung in einem Top Zustand. Der Meerblick jeden Morgen und jeden Abend garantiert erholsame Stunden auf dem Balkon. Bei solchen wunderbaren Vermietern fühlt man sich wohl und wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an NICHTS! Das war unser 1. Urlaub in dieser Wohnung und wird nicht unser letzter sein. Leider geht jeder Urlaub viel zu schnell zu Ende.

top ausstattung mit familienanschluss
ich war mit meiner frau und meiner tochter (15 jahre) im sehr geräumigen appartment cervar-borat, welches absolut top ausgestattet ist, nicht irgendwie billig eingerichtet, sondern qualitativ äußerst hochwertig, mit viel liebe zum detail und mit einer wunderschönen terrasse!!! wir haben diesen aufenthalt sehr genossen, obwohl es für unsere tochter zu ruhig war (keine discos oder bars für den abend); da wir aber alle drei leseratten sind und speziell meine frau und ich die ruhe gesucht haben, wars genau richtig; nächstes mal müssen unbedingt die fahrräder mit, dafür gibt es schöne radrouten am meer entlang und ins landesinnere; und nicht zu vergessen die freundlichkeit der familie skrget: einfach schön, mit ihnen zu plaudern und dabei einen kaffee oder einen slivo zu schlürfen, familienanschluss eben! wir kommen sicher wieder!

Vicinity of the holiday home: die alten appartment-häuser im hafen drücken den gesamteindruck doch etwas, wen das aber nicht stört (so wie uns), der findet in cervar-borat ein nettes dorf direkt am sauberen meer inkl. sehr guter gastronomie mit sehr gutem preis-leistungs-verhältnis; abends sehr ruhig, für teenager sicher zu ruhig
free time activities: alles da, was man braucht: meer, wander und fahrradwege mitten durch riesige olivenhaine; in der nähe porec mit seiner grandiosen altstadt, vom feinsten! und wenn das wetter mal nicht so toll ist: ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibts in istrien bis zum abwinken: porec, rovinj, pula, umag, limskifjord, tropfsteinhöhlen, und, und und...
shopping facilities: im ort selbst doch etwas beschränkt, obwohl man auch alles bekommt (ausser geld, ein geldautomat fehlt leider); ansonsten ab nach porec, da bekommt man alles, was man so braucht, inkl. geld vom geldautomaten ;-)

Die Lage, die Wohnung, das Essen, die Leute....es stimmt einfach alles. TOP Service vor Ort, wirklich zu Empfehlen!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Dorf Cevar ist eher klein, trotzdem findet man fast alles. Die Restaurants in Cervar sind sehr, sehr gut und laden zum Essen ein.
free time activities: Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für die Freizeitgestaltung. Vor allen in der Nähe von Porec (4km von Cervar entfernt) findet man eigentlich alles!!!!
shopping facilities: In Cervat hat es ein paar kleine Läden, aber wie oben beschrieben, Porec liegt nur 4 km entfernt und dort findet man alles!!!!!

Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel
Da wir schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht hatten, waren wir erst skeptisch, was die Fotos angeht. Aber: ds Appartement ist wirklich so schön (wie wir finden). Wir waren jetzt schon 3 X dort!! Die Familie Skrget ist sehr nett, und wir verlebten mal wieder einen herrlichen Strandurlaub dort.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Cervar ist ein wenig langweilig, aber wer trubel mag fährt einfach nach Porec. Abends und Nachts sehr ruhig, ist aber auch von Forteil. Die Nähe zum Meer, einfach schön. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
free time activities: Rund um kann man viel machen.Im Wasser oder zu land. Wer gerne die Gegend erkundet wird auch viel entdecken.
shopping facilities: Ja super, ein Lidl genau wie in Deutschland, oder Kaufland ganz in der Nähe.
