Eindruck : geplegtes Objekt, schöner Garten, saubere Wohnung Ausstattung : gut ausgestattet - alles vorhanden, man fühlt sich wohl Lage : kurzer Weg bis zum Wasser und Restaurants, großer Balkon mit schöner Sonnenlage, ruhig gelegen Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut, für die größe der Wohnung inkl. 2 Bädern
