One could only speak in superlatives about Villa La Casaccia and it would not be pretentious, this is an exclusive modern luxury villa that offers exceptional design and beautiful nature with sea views. The owners have made it possible to relax on a well-deserved holiday by taking care of every detail. The fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 people.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, toilet, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a very large living room with direct access to the outdoor area. On the second floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, there are 3 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bar with kitchen area and balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.
At your disposal in the attractive outdoor area are exclusive lounge furniture with integrated cooling compartment, sun loungers, sun protection, covered barbecue with dining area and the infinity pool with sea views, which can also be heated on request. Still under construction and therefore not yet visible in the pictures is a fitness room, pool table and a mini football pitch.
The property is fully fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.

The villa is located in Mukalba near Medulin, 1.5 km away and also reachable on foot in 30 minutes. Mukalba is a suburb of Medulin in a quiet area with several tourist accommodations.
Medulin is a well-visited tourist town with countless restaurants, beach bars, a family park, and an evening beach promenade.
The first bay beach is 200 m away, the first swimming beach Mukalba is 400 m, and the first sandy beach in Medulin (Bijeca) is 1.5 km away. The city of Pula is 8 km away.
Our villa is located in a new development area, therefore new buildings may be constructed.
