Welcome to our charming Breton holiday home "Le Venguer" in Plougoulm. On 110 square metres of living space you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for a family or a group of friends. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
Le Venguer is an upscale holiday home for up to 6 people (built in 1905, completely renovated in the early 2000s, last renovated and refurbished in 2014). The inviting, authentic natural stone house with sea views is located just 1,000 metres from the first sandy beach and only approx. 3 km from the famous Plage de Dossen surfing beach. The popular beaches of Cléder (approx. 8 km), Plouescat (approx. 15 km) or Brignogan Plage (approx. 25 km) can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
Well-kept, approx. 1,100 m² plot, flower-filled cottage garden. Terrace with sea view. Barbecue. Garden furniture. Car park for three vehicles on the property.
Our holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your laundry.
The living room is comfortably furnished, with a TV for cosy film evenings and a fireplace for chilly evenings. WLAN is available throughout the house so that you can always stay connected.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with high-quality beds for a restful night's sleep. A hairdryer is also available and the house is exclusively for non-smokers.
Outside, a beautiful garden awaits you, ideal for relaxing and playing. A terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings. A car park is available for up to three vehicles.

The holiday home "Le Venguer" is located in a beautiful rural area right by the sea, surrounded by meadows and fields. The nearest bakery is just 300 metres away on foot.
Plougoulm is a small municipality in northern Finistère in the Brittany region of France. The surrounding area is characterised by agriculture, interspersed with small towns typical of Brittany such as St. Pol de Léon, Cléder, Santec or Roscoff, which is known today mainly for its red onions. Great sandy beaches in the countless bays make the area a wonderful summer holiday destination, but also make our house an ideal starting point in northern Finistère in the other three seasons.
Le Venguer, the inviting, authentic natural stone house with sea views, is located just 1,000 metres from the first sandy beach and only about 3 km from the famous surfing beach Plage de Dossen. The popular beaches of Cléder (approx. 8 km), Plouescat (approx. 15 km) or Brignogan Plage (approx. 25 km) can also be reached in a few minutes by car. Water sports facilities 3-4 km away. Indoor swimming pool 4 km.
The local bakery with a wide range of products is only 300 metres away, supermarkets are just 4 km away, as is the next larger town of St. Pol de Léon. Only 8 km to the popular, beautifully preserved corsair and harbour town of Roscoff.
