Description
Dear Bretagne friend! Our approximately 300 years old farmhouse is an oasis of peace. At you tube there is a short movie about the house and the beach. Enter the word: ---- Le Vourn 290 ----. With a lot of self-work, good ideas and a feeling to preserve the old and the special flair, combined with modern technology (new building style), we lovingly restored our house. Since we use it ourselves, it is very comfortably equipped. There are, for example, cutlery, glasses, pots and kitchen utensils in abundance right up to the fish pot and large pot for crustaceans. Dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, new stove with oven and ceramic hob. The house is heated by a modern infrared heater. The mattresses are new and of good quality. The floor is designed with old Belgian tile and very easy to clean. Dog owners also appreciate this. The four-legged friends could go directly to the garden. There is a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a Weber grill. Parking is available on the property.
The huge sandy beaches are about 3km away. Large rock formations complete the great impression. An Eldorado for all who like to cook. Approximately 15Km away is one of the largest crustaceans in Europe. Fish can be bought at the harbor or at the many weekly markets. Everything you need to prepare is available in the house. The large open fireplace is a special highlight.
You will receive all information about markets, restaurants and destinations from me. For the linguistic emergency: In the immediate vicinity live good friends who speak German and French and help in emergencies.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is absolutely quiet at the end of a dead end. There are only a few neighbors, all of whom are very nice and friendly. The huge beaches invite to long walks. Since the tides are very large, you have the opportunity to peche a pied. Pulling off with rake and bucket. Success is guaranteed. You will receive all information from me. For children a special Gaudi.

Simply wonderful!
Already the contact with Ferdi was wonderfully uncomplicated and very pleasant. We were very well informed about everything -> as was evident when we arrived, in the form of the directions. The cottage is really a Breton dream. Equipped with everything you need, we spent wonderful days. My children also slept wonderfully in the cosy beds and the collection of records was amazing! Thank you very much and many happy guests for you!

Unqualified evaluation of the accommodation, see also guestbook entry
Hello Ferdi,
we spent a total of 3 wonderful weeks in your domicile in summer 2018. We wanted for nothing, the house is super, very clean and the kitchen equipment is great (incl. washing machine, which was a highlight for us for 3 weeks).
Unfortunately, I have only just seen that my wife has not given a rating and has only made a super entry in the guestbook.
For all dog owners, the beach "Plage de Kéradennec" is an absolute recommendation, nobody says anything about dogs on the beach, even without a leash :).
Huge waves, clean beach, not overcrowded even in the holidays, what more could you want for a holiday.
The area is absolutely recommendable, everything is perfect, despite our "prejudices regarding a holiday in France", the people are all helpful, friendly and obliging.
The tip with the oysters at "PRAT AR COUM Carantec" + small wine was terrific, they were MEGA, even if I only ate them. But you won't find such a selection and freshness anywhere else!
Unfortunately we missed the time to book 3 weeks again, but we will definitely come back.
