Vacation of three women in Sibiril with the Floch family, in the beautiful cottage "Ty Coz"

In "Ty Coz" at the Floch family, we already felt comfortable before we arrived because Josiane took such good care of us and very kindly informed us about everything we wanted to know. So we were able to spend the long journey from Germany in a relaxed way because we knew it would be a great vacation. And it really was. The house is great, very comfortably furnished with everything you can imagine: We treated ourselves to the luxury of each sleeping in our own bedroom, but there is also enough space for more people if you share the rooms. Josiane provided us with the appropriate amenities for every weather - firewood for cold evenings and sun loungers for the magnificent weather we enjoyed at the beach. The area is wonderfully quiet, you only have to walk a few minutes to be on the beautiful coastal path, which alternates between fantastic viewpoints and beautiful coves with dreamlike white beaches or rocky cliffs. At night we could see so many stars in the sky, which is not possible in the city, while we heard the owls that become active after sunset. We didn't miss anything and the next supermarket, bakery or other shops are only a few minutes' drive away. If you don't want to drive by car to get breakfast, you will find a baguette vending machine not far from the house, which always contains fresh, delicious baguettes - as a German, you can only be amazed!
But the best thing was really the Flochs! They are incredibly friendly and warm people and they constantly surprised us with little gifts and always took excellent care of us and talked a lot with us, even though we couldn't all speak French well. We really felt welcome. We would go on vacation here again at any time!

Fantastic!

We spent two relaxing weeks in this cozy and well-equipped holiday home with our dog. It has a beautiful garden with appropriate furniture and a large umbrella. Everything was very clean upon our arrival, as mentioned in previous reviews, and we can confirm the friendliness of the landlords. We received Breton cake specialties as a welcome gift and later fresh vegetables and lettuce. Communication was not a problem. On foot, you can quickly reach the sea. The coastal region of "Côte de Sables" is beautiful and can be explored in sections on the GR 34 trail. We particularly liked the beach "Les Amiets". The French are all very dog-friendly. We could imagine another stay here.

Wunderbares typisches Ferienhaus

Not far from the sea, this lovingly furnished holiday home with a beautiful garden is located in a quiet area. The landlady is very nice and helpful. We would love to come back.

Relaxing holidays guaranteed between sea and land!
The house is beautiful, very clean, and truly comfortable. Everything is there to feel at home.
Mme Floch provides everything needed for a worry-free stay: tourist information, details on local activities and restaurants.
She and her husband are exceptionally kind and generous.
After 2 weeks, we felt like we were leaving friends!

Wonderful

The house is secluded and quiet, yet not far from the coast. The evening walks were always a very nice end to the day. There is the possibility to make excursions to the tourist highlights on all sides. Especially the coast is very charming at any time of the day
We really enjoyed the spacious conservatory and the well-maintained outdoor area with its many flowers, and it is also comfortable to sit in the living room. As there were two of us travelling, there was plenty of space in the house and we can well imagine that 4 people could also be accommodated comfortably.
All in all, a relaxing holiday that we remember very fondly.

A refreshing stay!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful region, quiet, while being able to enjoy nearby tourist sites: Roscoff, Morlaix... A big plus: house located at the start of the hiking trail, which allows for splendid walks. Comfortable and cozy accommodation. Green surroundings. Everything is there, nothing is missing! Very welcoming and warm owners. We are looking forward to our next stay, in the meantime don't hesitate!

Dream house

Beautiful house furnished to a high standard. The maritime decoration was chosen with great attention to detail and makes every single room something special. The house is about 10 minutes walk from a very beautiful beach. You can reach the beach via a beautiful hiking trail or by car. The owner, Mrs. Floch, was always anxious to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt at home from the first moment. The beautiful conservatory with a view of the garden invites you to relax, and on colder days the fireplace in the living room warms you up. We can only recommend the house and will definitely come back.

A beautiful house in a fantastic setting with equally fantastic hosts!

After many years in Provence and Perigord, it was our first encounter with Brittany and once again love at first sight in beautiful France. The house is located not far from the coastal hiking trail GR34 and several more or less large beaches. Perfect for 4 people, with younger children also suitable for more people. The house leaves nothing to be desired and you can easily "survive" even a period of bad weather, which we have been completely spared from for the past 14 days. Everything is available and if something is missing, the Floch family is immediately available. In Cléder and Ploudalmezeau (bou de Pain in our opinion has the best baguette and bread) you can find excellent bakers and butchers, and the Sunday market at Port Kerfissien leaves nothing to be desired. Excellent cheese, wine, etc. You can find it in Cave a Seb in Cleder. A must-have for gourmets. A completely successful vacation that we will not forget so quickly.

Relaxed stay

We spent two relaxing weeks in Madame Floch's authentic holiday home. Our expectations were absolutely fulfilled. The house offers plenty of space inside and out, so we had no problems with six adults. Quiet dark nights, short distance to the sea, beaches nearby, markets and shopping facilities, nice towns to visit and stroll around, a wide selection of restaurants, there was something for every taste. The area is excellent for hiking and cycling.
Madame Floch is a wonderful host, always available and there when needed. Monsieur Floch provided us with potatoes and onions and a lettuce that cannot be bought.
Even in Corona times, it was a safer and more relaxed place for us, which we can recommend without reservation.

Very beautiful house with charm

We spent two great weeks there in July 2020. This stay was already the second one since summer 2018.
The typical Breton house is completely fenced in and very quiet. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Roscoff and nearby places. About a 10-minute walk away, you can reach a small harbor with small beaches.
Very nice uncomplicated landlords who provided us with delicious regional products.

Wunderschönes Haus

We spent 2 weeks with a baby (9 months) and a dog. It was ideal! The garden is completely enclosed, the house is already furnished, everything works, and the landlords are extremely hospitable and provided us with their own potatoes, onions, cauliflower, and lettuce. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Relaxing vacation

We felt very comfortable in the house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was available and completely clean. We especially enjoyed the conservatory. The landlords were extremely nice - provided us with information and homegrown vegetables. The house is located very quietly in a small hamlet and is an ideal starting point for various activities. The sea is within walking distance, hiking trails pass nearby, and it is perfectly situated for various excursions. We can definitely recommend the house and will gladly return here again.

Great house, very friendly landlady!

The house is super equipped, very lovingly furnished. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. For the welcome, there was cider & crepes; for the farewell, organic onions from Roscoff. Dreamy beaches and nice places in the area. We will happily come back!

A little piece of paradise

Despite the unpredictable weather, we have just spent a great but too short week as a family in this charming house, perfectly equipped and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the well-maintained and completely enclosed garden where our little dog could romp around without the risk of escaping. The veranda is also very pleasant and allows us to enjoy the outdoors during the rain. The region is beautiful and really worth a visit even when the weather is not perfect. Finally, the owners are lovely and available people who spoiled us throughout our stay. Mrs. Floch welcomed us warmly with some local specialties. Her husband offered us potatoes, onions, shallots, and salads grown by himself. We treasure this address, both to recommend it to our friends and to return there on occasion.

Charming holiday home for the small & large family

Such a fantastic holiday in the house of the warm-hearted Madame Floch, which is beautifully, practically, and comfortably furnished and fully equipped with a lot of love. Absolutely nothing was missing, and everything worked well! Quietly located, surrounded by rural idyll with walking distance to the sea with 2 small bathing beaches! Ideal for excursions in the area on foot, by bike, car, or kayak. Various shopping options (for typical local delicacies) are only a few minutes drive away. Recommended holiday home

Well-kept holiday home with perfect furnishings and a large garden, close to beautiful sandy beaches between huge rock formations. Very friendly and helpful landlord couple in the neighbouring house. Pure relaxation

The cosy holiday home is situated between an imaginative rocky coast with beautiful bathing bays and the undulating, fertile hinterland of Brittany. We felt comfortable for 2 weeks without interruption and had everything we needed - plus incredible weather luck, as the French all around us confirmed! We hardly used the modern winter garden. Hiking, cycling and swimming were a marathon of the pleasant kind!

The landlady provided us with delicious vegetables and first-class potatoes, then all we had to do was fire up the Weber grill! Restaurants were also within walking distance.
The morning bike ride to the boulangerie was missing the day after the holiday...Overall, highly recommended for large families and also couples.

Relaxing vacation for eight with a dog.

We spent two relaxing weeks with friends in this beautiful Breton house. Our kind landlady, Madame Floch, provided us with homegrown vegetables and even gave us two bikes to use. Thank you again! The house is well-equipped; we lacked nothing. The surroundings, beaches are beautiful and easily accessible, a very nice area for hiking, cycling, and swimming. Our 3 adult children and the dog also enjoyed it. We will gladly come back! ! !

Perfekter Urlaub

Rarely have we met such a kind landlady. Mme Floch is the soul of this holiday home. It has been equipped with a lot of love and care. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The layout of the rooms met our expectations and is suitable for a large family with a dog. The area is also worth a holiday in autumn. There are many coastal paths to explore and the nearby attractions (e.g. in Brest) are worth a visit. Dear Mrs. Floch, we thank you for your friendship and warm hospitality. We hope that we can spend our holidays at Ty Coz again next year.

Very relaxing vacation

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted. Mrs. Foch surprised us with Breton sweets and a bottle of chilled cider. We immediately felt welcome.

The accommodation is tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. The kitchen setup is a dream for any aspiring chef! Comfortable beds. During our stay, we were treated to homegrown artichokes and strawberries. All in all, we spent wonderfully relaxing days. The surroundings are very interesting and very quiet. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes on foot, and there is no lack of restaurants nearby.

Ty Coz is highly recommended, we and our retriever dog felt very comfortable here, and we hope to come back soon.

perfect house in a perfect location

The accommodation is a charming, spacious beach house, lovingly furnished, comfortable beds (pleasantly firm mattresses for French standards), fully equipped kitchen including supplies for use, as well as always hungry fish in the aquarium (which holiday guests can take care of). In the beautiful, large garden, one can easily spend a few hours among fragrant flowers. It almost seems as if the residents have just gone shopping quickly; you immediately feel comfortable. The friendly couple who rent out the place also contribute to this feeling, they are quick to help with any issues, provide tips for the guests, and sometimes even show up with a few kilos of potatoes.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Inmitten eines kleinen Weilers gelegen, zwischen Bauernhöfen und einigen Ferienhäusern. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, kein Strassenlärm. Zwei Strände in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Weitere schöne Strände in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

free time activities: Schwimmen, Surfen, Wandern, bretonische Kultur erleben, im Sommer an jeder Ecke ein Fest, urige Kneipen und zahllose Bars. Einige Städtchen mit zurückhaltender touristischer Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung. Nichts für Nachtschwärmer, die finden erst in Brest (1 Stunde Autofahrt) das volle Programm.

shopping facilities: Kleinere Läden in jedem Dorf, zumeist etwas teurere Spezialitätenläden ebenfalls gut vertreten. Jeden Tag ist irgendwo ein Markt, wo man allerdings häufig die gleichen Marktfahrer antrifft. Nicht fehlen dürfen die typischen Gewerbe- und Industriegebiete mit ihre grossen Einkaufscentern.
