This old Breton house built in 1900, renovated in 2004, is located at the tip of Finistère between land and sea, in a small hamlet 200m from the ocean. It is the house you dream of for a peaceful holiday far from the multitude of city noises, close to nature. Don't hesitate to book it. It is located 200m from the beaches, 15 minutes from Roscoff, 20 minutes from Morlaix, 10 minutes from shops, close to coastal paths (GR 34) and the small fishing port of Moguériec.
The coastal paths offer you beautiful sporty hikes and family walks with your dog if he accompanies you on vacation. You will discover magnificent sea views in any season.
The white sand beaches invite you to stroll but also to practice water walking and Nordic walking. The port of Moguériec, 500 m from your cottage, is a typically Breton fishing port. It shelters a fleet of potters and netters fishing mainly for fish and shellfish.
In summer, there is a sea link with the island of Batz, allowing for a day of walking or cycling on the island. Departure can also be from Roscoff. The connection is provided by the Compagnie des Vedettes de l’île de Batz (crossing time 45 min). 2 small islands are accessible on foot at low tide (Sieck and Callot).
Your holiday home is the ideal starting point to discover the region: the characterful towns such as Roscoff, Morlaix, St Pol de Léon, Léon, the islands, the superb bay of Morlaix and its Château du Taureau, the castles and manor houses, and all the richness of the heritage and culture. Do not forget an excursion to the Monts d’Arrée, as well as discovering the Côtes de Légendes, the Pointe St Mathieu, the island of Ouessant, and Molène for a complete change of scenery. I’ll let you discover all those I haven’t mentioned.

Successful vacation for both of us and our 2 dogs.
We had a very nice holiday in Mrs. Floch's house. Upon arrival, we were very well received by her. She had even prepared a few local specialties for us. The house is very clean and really has everything you need. The existing veranda is truly an added value; we spent time there regularly. It is also great that the garden is well enclosed, convenient when you have 2 dogs with you. The surroundings also pleased us very much. Every morning we walked with our dogs to the nearby small harbor (port neuf). From there, you can also directly take the GR in two directions. During our hikes, we encountered many beautiful beaches; the nature is truly stunning. We were also amazed that there are so many types of birds to see, both along the coast and inland. We even saw a fox running on the beach near the mouth of the Guillec. It was a fantastic vacation; we will definitely come back.

Holidays with Dog
We had a beautiful and incredibly relaxing stay in this holiday home in Brittany! The location was simply top – perfect for exploring the surroundings while enjoying absolute peace.
We particularly loved that the property was very safe for our dog. This way, we could really enjoy our vacation without having to worry constantly.
The service was also excellent. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. From booking to departure, everything worked completely uncomplicated and problem-free.
For us, it was the most relaxing vacation one can imagine. We felt comfortable from the very beginning and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation! ❤️? ?

A truly relaxing vacation
Our first trip to "real" Brittany took us to Sibiril, in Josiane's charming cottage with blue shutters – fortunately! It was an ideal starting point to explore the countryside and its inhabitants, then retreat to the cozy little house. A truly relaxing vacation! The house offers everything necessary; we lacked nothing. And the beautiful garden provides space and calm to relax. Thank you again for your hospitality and warm welcome. We would be delighted to return to Sibiril!

Great vacation home very close to the sea with fabulous landlords.
Mrs. Floch has managed to create a small oasis from the old masonry house on the Breton coast. We, a family with 4 children and a dog, felt very well taken care of even before our arrival and relaxed extremely well during the 2-week summer vacation. An old, converted Breton stone house hundreds of years old with a lot of charm. The living area is cozy and even has a wood stove for cooler days (wood readily available in the garage). The conservatory with plants is a dream for reading, playing, planning the next trip, or simply "being." The upper floor with slanted ceilings and classic wooden floors has two separate rooms with double beds on the right and left (one with an additional single bed), as well as an intermediate room with a double bed and a single bed. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a sufficiently large enclosed garden with sun loungers, as well as a garage with equipment such as a grill (including charcoal, additional sun loungers, etc.). The location of the house is nearly perfect; in a few minutes, you can walk to the sea to a small bay with some boats (pronounced tidal ebb and flow), as well as to the sensational coastal hiking trail Route 34. In principle, the beautiful sandy beaches (2 km and 5 km away) can also be reached on foot; the path there is a pleasure in itself! Of course, there are various attractions within a short distance that can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes (St. Paul de Leon, Roscoff, Santec) to 60 minutes (Brest). In addition to the great location, the landlords Mme Floch and her husband are the real highlight. Everything is well organized and thought out from the beginning. Small details such as available barbecue charcoal, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil, etc., are already provided upon arrival; nothing is fundamentally missing. One can feel Josiane's passion for engaging with her guests; Monsieur Floch then provides you with sensational delicacies.

Ook de omgeving is ons heel goed bevallen. Elke morgen wandelden wij met onze honden naar het nabijgelegen kleine haventje (port neuf). Van daaruit kan je ook al direct in twee richtingen de GR afstappen. Tijdens onze wandeltochten zijn we veel mooie stranden tegengekomen, de natuur is er echt prachtig. We zijn ook verwonderd dat er zoveel soorten vogels te zien zijn, zowel aan de kust als in het binnenland. We zagen zelfs een vos op het strand rennen vlakbij de monding van de Guillec.
Het was een fantastische vakantie, wij komen zeker terug.
Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Grundstück sehr sicher für unseren Hund war. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub wirklich genießen, ohne uns ständig Gedanken machen zu müssen.
Auch der Service war hervorragend. Alle waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles völlig unkompliziert und problemlos funktioniert.
Für uns war es der entspannteste Urlaub, den man sich vorstellen kann. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! ❤️??

Un accueiltrès chaleureux, avec un joli présent (de délicieuses spécialitésbretonnes), des propriétaires charmants, une très belle maison typiquement bretonne , très joliment décorée et très bien équipée, un beau jardin clos (pratique si vpous amenez votre chien), cette maison est un petit paradis où le temps passe trop vite.
Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern und Hund haben uns bereits schon vor der Anreise sehr gut betreut gefühlt und während den 2 Wochen Sommerurlaub extrem gut erholt.
Ein altes, umgebautes, bretonisch gemauertes Haus hunderte Jahre alt mit viel Flair.
Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich und bietet für kühlere Tage sogar einen Holzofen (Holz jederzeit vorrätig in der Garage). Der Wintergarten mit Bepflanzung ist ein Traum zum Lesen, Spielen, den nächsten Ausflug zu planen oder einfach nur zum "Sein". Das Obergeschoss mit Dachschrägen und klassischem Holzboden hat rechts und links zwei abgeschlossene Zimmer mit Doppelbett (eines mit einem weiteren Einzelbett), sowie ein Zwischenzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Einzelbett. Jedes Geschoss hat ein Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Es gibt einen genügend grossen umzäunten Garten mit Sonnenliegen, sowie eine Garage mit Zubehör wie Grill (inkl. Holzkohle, weitere Sonnenliegen, etc.)
Die Lage des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt, in wenigen Minuten ist man ans Meer gelaufen zu einer kleinen Bucht mit einigen Booten (ausgeprägte Tiden Ebbe/Flut), sowie an den sensationellen Küstenwanderweg Route 34. Prinzipiell kann man die wunderschönen Sandstrände (2km und 5 km entfernt) auch zu Fuss erreichen, allein der Weg dorthin ist ein Genuss! Selbstverständlich sind in relativ kurzer Distanz diverseste Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 (St.Paul de Leon, Roscoff, Santec) bis 60 min. (Brest) problemlos zu erreichen.
Neben der tollen Location sind die Vermieter Mme Floch und ihr Mann das eigentliche Highlight. Es ist von anfang an alles gut organisiert und durchdacht. Kleinigkeiten wie vorhandene Grillkohle, Spülmaschinen Tabs, Gewürze, Öl etc. sind bei Ankunft bereits vorhanden, es fehlt prinzipiell an nichts. Man merkt die Passion von Josiane auf ihre Gäste einzugehen, Monsieur Floch versorgt einen dann mit sensationellen Köstlichkeiten.
Le logement est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage, du GR34 et à une dizaine de minutes de très belles plages. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conseillés sur la région et toute la documentation nécessaire est présente dans le gîte.
Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement avec de belles attentions de la part des propriétaires.
Le logement est très propre et surtout très bien équipé. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'arrivée et pendant votre séjour. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité et propres. Nous avons rarement vu cela dans d'autres gîtes.
Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très attentionnés.
En un mot c'était exceptionnel et nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir.
Das Beste waren aber wirklich die Flochs! Sie sind unglaublich sympathische und herzliche Leute und sie haben uns immer wieder sogar mit kleinen Geschenken überrascht und haben uns, obwohl wir nicht alle gut französisch sprechen konnten, immer bestens betreut und sich viel mit uns unterhalten. Wir hatten wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen!
Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Meer. DieKüstenregion der "Côte de Sables" ist wunderschön und kann in Abschnitten auf dem GR 34 erkundigt werden. Besonders gut hat uns der Strand "Les Amiets" gefallen. Die Franzosen sind alle sehr hundefreundlich. Wir könnten uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt gut vorstellen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
La maison est magnifique, très propre et vraiment confortable. Tout est là pour se sentir chez soi.
Mme Floch prévoit tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour sans souci: documentation touristique, informations sur les activités locales et les restaurants.
Elle et son mari sont d’une gentillesse et générosité exceptionnelles.

Wir haben den geräumigen Wintergarten und den gepflegten Aussenbereich mit den vielen Blumen sehr genossen und auch im Wohnzimmer lässt es sich gemütlich sitzen. Da wir zu zweit unterwegs waren, gab es viel Platz in dem Haus und wir können uns gut vorstellen, dass auch 4 Personen bequem unterkommen können.
Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub, an den wir uns sehr gerne erinnern.

Das typische bretonische Haus ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man ist trotzdem schnell in Roscoff und in anliegenden Orten. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt erreicht man einen kleinen Hafen mit kleinen Stränden.
Sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieter, die uns mit leckeren regionalen Erzeugnissen versorgt haben.
Madame Floch ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, immer ansprechbar und zur Stelle, wenn es nötig war. Monsieur Floch versorgte uns mit Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln und einem Kopfsalat, den es so nicht zu kaufen gibt.
Auch in Corona Zeiten war es für uns sicherer entspannter Ort, den wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können.
Ein rundum mehr als gelungener Urlaub, den wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Weiler und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Das Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Wanderwege gehen
in der Nähe vorbei und für diverse Ausflüge liegt es ideal.
Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder hierher zuück.

Nous avons apprécié le jardin très bien entretenu et entièrement clos où notre petit chien a pu s'en donner à cœur joie sans risque de fuite. La véranda est aussi très agréable et permet de profiter de l'extérieur lors des averses.
La région est magnifique et mérite vraiment le détour même quand le temps n'est pas au beau fixe.
Enfin, les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et disponibles qui nous ont gâtés tout au long du séjour. Madame Floch nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec quelques spécialités de la région. Son mari nous a offert pommes de terre, oignons, échalotes et salades cultivés par ses soins.
Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse tant pour la recommander à notre entourage que pour y retourner à l'occasion.
Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu Fuß, per Rad, Auto oder Kajak.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (für das landestypische Schlemmen) sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Familie Floch gibt auf Nachfrage gern gute Tipps!

Die Vermieterin versorgte uns mit köstlichem Gemüse und erstklassigen Kartoffeln, dann mussten wir nur noch den Weber- Grill befeuern! Auch Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar.
Die morgendliche Radtour zur Boulangerie fehlte am Tag nach dem Urlaub...Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für große Familien und auch Pärchen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt es an nichts fehlen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist für jeden Hobbykoch ein Traum! Betten top. Während unseres Aufenthalt überraschte man uns mit hofeigenen Artischocken und Erdbeeren. Alles in allem verbrachten wir herrlich erholsame Tage. Die Umgebung ist sehr interessant und sehr ruhig. Die Strände sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und an Restaurants in der Nähe fehlt es auch nicht.
Ty Coz ist nur zu empfehlen , wir und unsere Retrieverhündin haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wir hoffen bald wiederkommen zu können.
