We spent a very nice vacation in this beautiful, light-flooded house in a quiet location. Good for trips to the nearby beaches and visits to the surrounding towns with sights, local, interesting markets and good restaurants.

Well-kept, bright house with all comforts

Thank you very much for the wonderful week in Lenn ar Barrez. We have fond memories of the beautiful house in the salad field. The large windows on the ground floor and under the roof, the lovely furnishings, the sun terrace, and the comfort of the underfloor heating were particularly great. Many thanks also for the warm welcome and farewell!

The cottage is about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach with wonderfully white sand, shopping can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Highly recommended is a walk at low tide around the Perharidi peninsula and a trip to Ile de Batz from Roscoff.

A little gem

We (a family with two children and grandma) were in this beautiful holiday home at the beginning of August 2021, which is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and very well equipped. The terrace and veranda also invite you to linger with a coffee or glass of wine.
The nearby beach is very nice and the bay can be explored with the kayak that was booked for it!
There is a lot to discover in the area... we didn't manage to see everything, which is why we will book again for next year!

Wonderful accommodation near the sea

We had the opportunity to spend two very beautiful weeks this summer and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.

The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished and is also very well equipped. There are many nice seating and lounging areas around the house that invite you to linger depending on the position of the sun and wind direction. The boat belonging to the house can easily be pulled to the nearby beach. From there, great excursions can be made, circling the numerous small islands (especially recommended in the evening hours to enjoy the sunset). We also greatly enjoyed walking along the many beautiful hiking trails right by the sea. This is beautiful even when the weather is occasionally Brittany-like changeable, but when the sun shines, it is even more impressive when the sea water takes on different colors almost reminiscent of the South Seas. We were very impressed and would gladly return again.

Last but not least, the very friendly contact with the Treguer/Komar family before our arrival should be mentioned, as well as the charming and German-speaking on-site support by the father/father-in-law of the landlord family.

All 5 stars are also available in the overall rating! Everything just fit perfectly, which is why we - we were 4 persons - could feel completely comfortable and relax very well! A more detailed description would only be a repetition of the reviews that tenants who were there before us already gave! We too would choose the house and the stay there again immediately!

One can spend wonderful holidays in this house. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and absolutely everything you need is there. Wohlfühlhaus

A lovingly furnished holiday home, cozy yet modern. Plenty of space to relax alone if needed. Very nice terrace, mostly sheltered from the Breton breeze for sunbathing. The kitchen is well-equipped, making self-catered multi-course meals easy. The walk to the beach is a short stroll along a field path. The handover and acceptance of the house by the friendly father-in-law were very pleasant. Bakery and small supermarket also within walking distance.

Super gepflegtes Domizil

For 20 years, we have been spending our summer/autumn holidays in Finistère. If you are looking for an absolutely quiet and somewhat "hidden" house, Lenn Ar Barrez is the right choice! You live in the middle of vegetable fields, with many birds, butterflies, and from the cozy garden seating area, you can best celebrate the impressive sunset with a glass of champagne.

Summer vacation in Brittany.

Beautiful, well-maintained, charmingly furnished house in a fantastically beautiful, idyllic area. The proximity to the beach is ideal and invites you to discover the coast and beaches on hiking trail GR 34. Renting the holiday home was uncomplicated and reliable, with clear information about the property and surroundings, as well as rental conditions. The handover of the house on the arrival and departure day was optimal!

Simply beautiful! Absolutely recommendable.

We can only recommend this jewel of a holiday home in Brittany. Very lovingly furnished with a great sense of detail. You notice that you are welcome as soon as you arrive. Everything has been thought of. It is in a quiet location and the sea with its huge beach is less than 300 metres away. The optional sauna was excellent. Overall, the holiday home is very clean and well maintained. The handling of the entire rental process and also the personal introduction by the father-in-law on the day of arrival made it very comfortable and easy to use
The room layout is generous, we used the holiday home with 6 adults and one child.

Wonderful house

Lenn Ar Barrez is a tastefully furnished house, stylishly renovated with all amenities, in a decidedly quiet rural area; lots of wood, lots of glass and thus very bright. Well maintained and clean; also very cosy in low/post season with underfloor heating. Very nice terrace with great sunsets!
The house can be recommended without reservation, but due to the location you are dependent on the car for things of daily use and gastronomy outside the season; beach walks are definitely recommended and walks to Roscoff are quite feasible, even better by bike.
We spent a very quiet and relaxing week here and hope to manage to come back.

Super house very tastefully modernised, feel-good atmosphere and up to date functional

The choice of this house was a bull's eye! Together with our friends, we were able to easily strike a balance between many holiday needs there. Not only the impressive landscape and nature of the Breton coast contributed to this. There were also many opportunities to relax in the house and on the grounds, which were not visible from the outside. Positive were the very good mattresses for a peaceful sleep. A house that should appeal to all generations. Exceptionally sympathetic introduction and acceptance of the house by Mr Tréguer.

great house close to the sea

We had a wonderful time in Lenn Ar Barrez, the landlord has created a little paradise with the renovation. The house has been beautifully renovated, we didn't want for anything and we all felt at home immediately.

The quiet location and the proximity to the beautiful beach of Santec was just right for our family for a relaxing week in Brittany.

The contact with the landlord was very pleasant and helpful, we will be very happy to come back!

wonderful holiday home

We spent 2 weeks on holiday together with our 2 year old daughter in the holiday home Lenn Ar Barrez. The contact with the landlord was very positive from the beginning and we were well provided with all the necessary information about the holiday home and how to get there. The father-in-law welcomed us and showed us everything with a good knowledge of German. The holiday home was very clean and orderly. It has everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday - quiet location, spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen, modern ambience and with sauna and kayak also something special. With a rental car (recommended), the great surroundings are easy to explore. The beach is beautiful and hardly frequented.
We are thrilled with the holiday home.

Perfect !

A really great holiday home. Very nicely furnished without a lot of "frills", nothing is missing and especially in the kitchen area everything is available in sufficient quantities. Overall, the house and its furnishings are in impeccable condition. The location is ok, you can reach a beach in less than 10 minutes on foot but also the surrounding area invites you to long walks etc. In Roscoff, there is a good choice of restaurants. In the neighbouring village of Saint Paul de Leon, there is a large and good super U, where you can get all super supplies.
We were there in December and in the cold weather the sauna is of course another highlight. We will be back, that's for sure ! Thank you very much !

Anytime again

Lenn Ar Barrez is a very tastefully furnished holiday home with very good amenities. The sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The beautiful port city of Roscoff with many restaurants is about 4 km away. Since we were there in the fall, we really enjoyed using the sauna.

Tastefully restored and modernly and comfortably furnished, very well-maintained holiday home with a beautiful wooden terrace. The kitchen is very well-equipped and offers every comfort. The house is located on the outskirts of Santec in an absolutely quiet location. The -also very beautiful at low tide- fine-grained, expansive sandy beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. With the kayak, you can paddle around the many small islands during high tide. The location is a very good starting point, especially to explore the north and west of Brittany. The reception, instruction, and farewell by the German-speaking contact person were exemplary and very warm and courteous. We can fully recommend this holiday home for a beautiful vacation in Brittany.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

We felt very comfortable as a family in Lenn Ar Barrez. Especially the kitchen equipment surprised us very positively. The spacious house is tastefully furnished with a large courtyard and a great terrace. Only the attic is a bit low for tall people. The welcome and farewell were well organized and there was always someone available for questions or problems. The beach is easily accessible on foot and empty. However, a car is needed for shopping.

Our expectations were exceeded.
Beautiful, tastefully decorated house in a quiet location. Everything very clean, kitchen with everything you need including coffee machine.
Nice terrace to linger, beach reachable in about 5 minutes. Bakery and small supermarket in Santec, many more shops and restaurants in Roscoff. Ideal starting point for exploring the western Brittany (Brest etc)

House/Facilities: Very beautiful and modern furnished holiday home, great kitchen with full equipment, Wi-Fi throughout the house, television (also in German), landline telephone (free to many countries), lovely wooden terrace and nice garden, very nice bathrooms, everything very new and clean, booking of bed linens/sheets and towels recommended

Location: Santec and Roscoff are both easy to reach on foot, but the house is located rather on the outskirts with many fields around, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach

Service: fast processing of the booking and answering questions, friendly on-site agent with good German language skills

Overall, an absolutely recommendable house with a very good price-performance ratio.
