Description

Our holiday home "Timo's Landhuus" is situated in a unique, secluded location on the edge of the North Sea spa resort of Bensersiel.
It is only 100m to the dyke and 500m to the beach!
A paradise on 3500 sqm of land. Children can really let off steam here.
The house is currently being renovated and will be available from summer 2012. More pictures under

Perfect for family vacation

We had booked this house for a family vacation. 8 adults and three small children. The location is perfect, a very large property, cows on the left and sheep on the right. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach in Bensersiel, the path there goes over several parking lots that were hardly used, so it's very relaxed and safe. The terrace is very large and completely covered. The house is great, upstairs there are 2 separate living units, 4 bathrooms, a large storage room with a sink and an additional refrigerator. The kitchen is generously equipped with all appliances and dishes. The living room and dining room are also spacious, which we of course did not use in this weather.
We will definitely come back again. From us, a hundred percent recommendation.

Great house with a lot of space.

We really enjoyed our family reunion. It had everything we needed. The 3 little kids had plenty of space to play. On the terrace, the whole family, 13 people, could comfortably gather, and in the garden, there was plenty of room for games. It was simply lovely.

Timos country house

Beautiful country house Elisabeth

Good day Mr. Demming, the 7 of us older women have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful country house. The weather couldn't have been better, so naturally the mood was great as well. We will gladly recommend your house, of course mentioning the beautiful and generous equipment. Every evening, the cozy covered terrace invited us to relax, play or socialize. The deer gave a very nice picture, greeting us from the meadow almost every evening. However, we have one small point of criticism: since the generated waste should be separated carefully, the corresponding bins were missing in the kitchen. There was only one trash can in the kitchen. Furthermore, there is no wardrobe in the large double room on the 1st floor.

Very nice house,

We liked it very much. The house is large and equipped with everything you need.
Large covered terrace, a bit out of the way and no neighbours to consider.

Great!

We had a very nice stay at Timo's country house. The location was great - slightly away from "the hustle and bustle," close to the dike/water.
The house is large and the good layout makes it ideal for large families or up to three/four families - it accommodates for 13 people. There are also cots and high chairs available.
There are plenty of seating areas everywhere - in the dining room, in the living room, and the terrace also offers plenty of covered space.
And the garden is huge! The view behind the garden is also absolutely beautiful - a huge willow tree with cows.
We - three generations - all enjoyed it very much!
And the weather ☀ cooperated as well!

Very nice holidays also in Corona times

Dear family Demming,
we had a very nice family holiday in your holiday home in Bensersiel. The house is well equipped, we lacked nothing and it was handed over to us clean and on time. We can only recommend it!
It is super suitable for a family holiday, even with children of different ages. There is enough space to retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Despite the intricate rooms, even our severely handicapped child (fully blind) was able to orientate himself well in the house
The only downer was that the outside playground equipment is no longer there - as can be seen on some websites. Also, the lawn in the super large garden was mowed, but the flower beds are neglected, so that overgrown blackberry vines and many large stinging nettles posed a problem for the blind child, therefore in the "cleanliness "only 4.5 stars.
Nevertheless, we all -5 adults and 5 children- enjoyed this holiday.

We would like to use this house again
The communication with you was always quick and problem-free.
