Our holiday home "Timo's Landhuus" is situated in a unique, secluded location on the edge of the North Sea spa resort of Bensersiel.
It is only 100m to the dyke and 500m to the beach!
A paradise on 3500 sqm of land. Children can really let off steam here.

Perfect for family vacation
We had booked this house for a family vacation. 8 adults and three small children. The location is perfect, a very large property, cows on the left and sheep on the right. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach in Bensersiel, the path there goes over several parking lots that were hardly used, so it's very relaxed and safe. The terrace is very large and completely covered. The house is great, upstairs there are 2 separate living units, 4 bathrooms, a large storage room with a sink and an additional refrigerator. The kitchen is generously equipped with all appliances and dishes. The living room and dining room are also spacious, which we of course did not use in this weather.
We will definitely come back again. From us, a hundred percent recommendation.

Great house with a lot of space.
We really enjoyed our family reunion. It had everything we needed. The 3 little kids had plenty of space to play. On the terrace, the whole family, 13 people, could comfortably gather, and in the garden, there was plenty of room for games. It was simply lovely.

Timos country house
Dear Demming family,
thank you very much for the beautiful days in your holiday home! We felt very comfortable. We especially liked the layout of the house, the many bedrooms, and bathrooms. It was ideal for our large family with small children. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to recommend your house and maybe our children will want to have a holiday in Bensersiel again.

Beautiful country house Elisabeth
Good day Mr. Demming, the 7 of us older women have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful country house. The weather couldn't have been better, so naturally the mood was great as well. We will gladly recommend your house, of course mentioning the beautiful and generous equipment. Every evening, the cozy covered terrace invited us to relax, play or socialize. The deer gave a very nice picture, greeting us from the meadow almost every evening. However, we have one small point of criticism: since the generated waste should be separated carefully, the corresponding bins were missing in the kitchen. There was only one trash can in the kitchen. Furthermore, there is no wardrobe in the large double room on the 1st floor.

Die Lage ist perfekt, ein sehr großes Grundstück, links die Kühe und rechts die Schafe. Zum Strand nach Bensersiel sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Weg dorthin geht über mehrere Parkplätze, die kaum benutzt wurden, also ganz entspannt und sicher. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und vollständig überdacht. Das Haus ist super, oben sind 2 getrennte Wohneinheiten, 4 Badezimmer , einen großen Abstellraum mit Waschbecken und zusatzlichem Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr großzügig ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sind auch geräumig,haben wir natürlich bei dem Wetter nicht genutzt.
Wir kommen ganz sicher nochmal wieder. Von uns eine hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung.
Die 3 kleinen Kinder hatten jede Menge Platz zum Spielen. Auf der Terrasse konnte sich die ganze Familie, 13 Personen, bequem aufhalten und im Garten gab es jede Menge Platz für Spiele.
Es war einfach schön.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut fanden wir die Raumaufteilung
des Hauses, die vielen Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Für unsere Großfamilie mit
kleinen Kindern war das ideal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt .
Gerne werden wir Ihr Haus weiter empfehlen und vielleicht haben unsere Kinder
wieder mal Lust in Bensersiel Urlaub zu machen.

Große überdachte Terrasse, etwas abseits und ohne Nachbarn auf die man Rücksicht nehmen muss.

Das Haus ist schön groß und durch die gute Aufteilung ideal für Großfamilien oder bis zu drei drei/vier Familien - es ist für 13 Personen Platz. Es sind auch Kleinkinderbetten und Hochstühle vorhanden.
Überall gibt es genügend Plätze für alle - im Esszimmer, im Wohnzimmer, auch die Terrasse bietet ausreichend überdachten Platz.
Und der Garten ist riesig ?.
Total schön ist auch der Ausblick hinter dem Garten - eine riesige Weide... mit Kühen.
Uns - drei Generationen - hat es allen sehr gut gefallen!
Und das Wetter ☀ hat auch mitgespielt ?!
wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus in Bensersiel. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wurde pünktlich sauber an uns übergeben. Wir können es nur empfehlen!!
Es ist super geeignet für einen Familienurlaub, auch bei Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters. Es gibt genügend Platz um sich auch einmal vom Trubel zuückzuziehen.
Trotz der verwinkelten Räumlichkeiten hat sich auch unser schwerbehindertes Kind (vollblind) gut im Haus orientieren können.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, daß die außen Spielgeräte nicht mehr -wie auf einigen Websites sichtbar- vorhanden sind. Auch ist im supergroßen Garten der Rasen zwar gemäht gewesen, aber die Beete sind vernachlässigt, so daß wuchernde Brombeerranken und viele große Brennesseln für das blinde Kind ein Problem darstellten, deshalb bei der "Sauberkeit "nur 4,5 Sterne.
Trotzdem haben wir alle -5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder- diese Ferien genossen.
Gerne werden wir noch einmal dieses Haus nutzen wollen.
Auch die Kommunikation mit Ihnen hat immer schnell und problemlos geklappt.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, das Doppelhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt.
