Our holiday home "Timo's Landhuus" is situated in a unique, secluded location on the edge of the North Sea spa resort of Bensersiel.
It is only 100m to the dyke and 500m to the beach!
A paradise on 3500 sqm of land. Children can really let off steam here.

Timos country house
Dear Demming family,
thank you very much for the beautiful days in your holiday home! We felt very comfortable. We especially liked the layout of the house, the many bedrooms, and bathrooms. It was ideal for our large family with small children. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to recommend your house and maybe our children will want to have a holiday in Bensersiel again.

Beautiful country house Elisabeth
Good day Mr. Demming, the 7 of us older women have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful country house. The weather couldn't have been better, so naturally the mood was great as well. We will gladly recommend your house, of course mentioning the beautiful and generous equipment. Every evening, the cozy covered terrace invited us to relax, play or socialize. The deer gave a very nice picture, greeting us from the meadow almost every evening. However, we have one small point of criticism: since the generated waste should be separated carefully, the corresponding bins were missing in the kitchen. There was only one trash can in the kitchen. Furthermore, there is no wardrobe in the large double room on the 1st floor.

Good day Mr. Demming, the 7 of us elderly women have spent a wonderful week at your beautiful country house. The weather couldn't have been better, and accordingly, the mood was also very good. Every evening, the cozy covered terrace invited us to relax, play games, or enjoy each other's company. The deer that greeted us from the meadow almost every evening also provided a beautiful sight. Very nice house,
We liked it very much. The house is large and equipped with everything you need.
Large covered terrace, a bit out of the way and no neighbours to consider.
Nice contact with the landlords.

Toll!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Timos Landhuus. Die Lage war toll - etwas abseits "des Trubels", dicht am Deich/Wasser.
Das Haus ist schön groß und durch die gute Aufteilung ideal für Großfamilien oder bis zu drei drei/vier Familien - es ist für 13 Personen Platz. Es sind auch Kleinkinderbetten und Hochstühle vorhanden.
Überall gibt es genügend Plätze für alle - im Esszimmer, im Wohnzimmer, auch die Terrasse bietet ausreichend überdachten Platz.
Und der Garten ist riesig ?.
Total schön ist auch der Ausblick hinter dem Garten - eine riesige Weide... mit Kühen.
Uns - drei Generationen - hat es allen sehr gut gefallen!
Und das Wetter ☀ hat auch mitgespielt ?!

Ein Traum

Very nice holidays also in Corona times
Dear family Demming,
we had a very nice family holiday in your holiday home in Bensersiel. The house is well equipped, we lacked nothing and it was handed over to us clean and on time. We can only recommend it!
It is super suitable for a family holiday, even with children of different ages. There is enough space to retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Despite the intricate rooms, even our severely handicapped child (fully blind) was able to orientate himself well in the house
The only downer was that the outside playground equipment is no longer there - as can be seen on some websites. Also, the lawn in the super large garden was mowed, but the flower beds are neglected, so that overgrown blackberry vines and many large stinging nettles posed a problem for the blind child, therefore in the "cleanliness "only 4.5 stars.
Nevertheless, we all -5 adults and 5 children- enjoyed this holiday.
We would like to use this house again
The communication with you was always quick and problem-free.

Toller 3-Generationen-Urlaub
Das Doppelhaus wurde in diesen 7 Tagen von insgesamt 14 Personen meiner Familie bewohnt( 8 Erwachsene,4 Kindern und 2 Kleinkindern)!
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, das Doppelhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt.

very good
The house is super. We stayed in this house for a week with 6 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. We didn't want for anything. The equipment is excellent. There are enough glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots etc.. The enclosed property is perfect for small children.
