What happens in 2023...
Unfortunately, we also have to raise the rental prices a little for 2023. The last update was already 11 years ago.
But the "energy crisis" is forcing us to take this step.
On the other hand, if things finally work out with the utility company, free wifi will be available in the house on March 2023.
What's new for 2022 ???
The terrace has been enlarged and extended. The front garden has also been redesigned

The window front to the terrace has been completely replaced
As now even more brightness and friendliness comes into the living room, we decided to redesign the living - / dining room at the same time.
We hope you like the choice of colours.
A few innovations for 2020:
--- The back garden has been redesigned and landscaped. The old bushes / trees shrubs were removed and a new hedge was created. Also a new kerb stone. So the little ones (and the big ones) have more space to romp and play.
The new swing has been installed and a slide has been added.
The oven and the induction hob were also renewed,
as well as the coffee machine. There is now a Senseo switch.
The handcart has been given a new coat of paint.
- Thanks to our caretaker Michael, there is now another children's bicycle (size 24).
A few innovations for 2019:
--- By installing a new skylight in the living area, there is even more light in the living room
Also the table is new and the lamp
--- In the master bedroom there is now a more comfortable bed, with new slatted frames and new mattresses
Especially suitable for families, because everything you need for your little ones is on site.

Holiday from the start
A modern, solidly built bungalow awaits you in the shortest distance to the beach. Walk past the Hotel Aquantis, cross the road and the dyke with the footbridge and you are already at the beach gate. You leave your car in the free parking space. You don't need it! You can reach everything on foot in no time: several bakers, restaurants, snack bars, supermarket, cash machine, weekly market and various shops. In the last few years we have got to know the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. We have always been drawn back to Bensersiel. The unique spicy-healthy sea air, the huge range of leisure activities, especially for children, the beautiful sandy beach, the short journey and the very short local distances were the deciding factors. Let the friendly, uncomplicated inhabitants greet you in the evenings with a friendly "MOIN", go on mountain-free bike tours or stick your feet in the white sand. You will definitely have a good rest and a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything you need was available in the holiday accommodation. Our kids loved it! They were very happy about the available toys!!!! We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday
The landlord is nice, the manager is very affable and very friendly, everything worked out great, thank you. Something happened due to our own stupidity or mishap, but was solved super quickly by the manager, thank you very much to Mr Hoffmann .... please pass on :-))
Everything was there that you need, nice for families with small children (Our child was 15, just fit into the bunk bed ;-)
The garden with terrace is nice,as well as with parasol +grill+fire basket,which my son found great
The only thing I have to note is that in the description of Ferienhausmiete.de it says that the final cleaning is included in the rental price, but then you have to pay on site

Very relaxed family holiday
The holiday home Blaubär is a top equipped house in a very good location. Our children were thrilled by the huge range of children's toys and books and didn't even unpack the things they had brought with them. The walking distance to the beach and the bakery is only a few minutes and yet the house is in a quiet location
From Bensersiel, many excursion destinations can be reached in a very short time. The cycle paths are also ideal for children
We will definitely come again

Traumhafte Familienunterkunft in toller Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Kinderfreundliches Haus
Tolles Detail eingerichtet Haus. Besonders für Kinder. Viele Bücher, Spielsachen und vieles mehr. Super zentral. Verwalter sehr nett und Übergabe Schlüssel problemlos. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die Sauberkeit. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne dorthin.

Kurzurlaub in Bensersiel
das Haus liegt sehr zentral, ist ordentlich ausgestattet , für Kinder ist Strandspielzeug ,Bollerwagen usw,.vorhanden. Die Hausübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert, der Verwalter sehr freundlich, kommen gerne wieder.

Für Familien top
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vom. Empfang bis zur Übergabe alles gut geklappt. Auch super ausgestattet von Bollerwagen bis Stand Muschel sogar sandapielzeug ist da. Super zw trale Lage und doch so herrlich ruhig.

Schönes Reihenendhaus in Bensersiel
Für unseren Kurzurlaub in Bensersiel haben wir uns spontan für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden. Wie haben uns sehr über die problemlose Buchung gefreut. Das Haus hat alles was eine kleine Familie brauch und kann von unserer Seite ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfohlen werden. Wie haben hier schöne Tage verbracht.

The really positive thing about the flat is the great location. It is not far to the bakery, supermarket, restaurant and the beach
However, the flat is rather old and used
The flat was not really clean. The kitchen had to be cleaned first, there were still leftovers from the previous tenant in the freezer. The bathroom was also only superficially clean, behind the washing machine should be cleaned urgently!

Summer holiday with family
Great praise to the landlords !
From the request to the departure, everything was fine.
The flat is small but nice. Nothing was missing. Everything is there for the holiday.
Our 7 year old daughter and our 2 year old daughter felt comfortable in the children's room.
Very good, the washing machine !
The kitchen is from Ikea and you can even find Tupperware here.
There is everything you need for a holiday.
The dishwasher is unfortunately not the best... but that is not a problem.
The living room is great and there are even books and small games for the children. Great !
The bedroom is interesting, there is no ceiling lighting here, but that was also ideally solved.
Unfortunately, the bed is not the best. But that is a matter of taste.
The garden/terrace is great and so is the barbecue.
The parking space is in front of the garage.
In the garage are also many great things, like bikes, trolley etc..
We are very satisfied with everything.
The handover of the keys went smoothly for us on site and Mr Hoffmann is very nice and friendly.
We are really satisfied.
It depends on what you expect...
The home bed is always the best and everyone always has the best at home....

Everything is great.
It's a great flat, with great outdoor space, ideal for families with children.... We had a wonderful 10 days up there... Everything you need was there. We were super quick to the beach and restaurants are also close by.... It's in a quiet location, no big noise from cars or trucks.
All in all, just great, always happy to come back. ☺️

Sauberkeit und Übergabe
Alles in allem in Ordnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zu Beginn und zum Schluss anstrengend, da der zuständige Herr vor Ort nicht gut erreichbar war. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir Saugen und das Bad reinigen.
