Welcome to the holiday home Casa Ricarda! This lovingly restored village house in the heart of La Jana offers space for up to 4 guests on 120 square metres of living space. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, fireplace room and roof terrace, all furnished with attention to detail.
The heart of the house is the cosy living area with a dining table for 4-6 people. Here you can cosy up with a good book on the comfortable sofa or spend a relaxing evening watching TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a kettle and coffee machine to start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. The small dining area invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable beds and bed linen to guarantee a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, washbasin and WC.
The holiday home Casa Ricarda is a non-smoking accommodation and is also suitable for long-term rentals. It is the ideal place to relax from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the surroundings.

Location and surroundings of object
La Jana is a charming little village in the Valencia region of Spain.
From here you can go on excursions to the beach (approx. 20 km) of Vinaros, Alcanar or Benicarlo.
A trip to the Spanish hinterland is also highly recommended, such as the Ulldecona reservoir, the nature reserve around Cervera del Maestro is ideal for hiking and mountain biking, as is a historical excursion to Peniscola with its fortress.
The Ebro Delta, Morella and Castello de la Plana are also within a 1-hour drive.
In La Jana itself there are 3 small restaurants with a bar as well as a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a small shop for shopping and a tobacconist. La Jana also has a public outdoor pool in the summer months.
Larger shopping facilities can be found in Traiguera (approx. 3 km) or in Vinaros (approx. 18 km) with Lidl, Aldi etc.
The Panoramica golf course in Sant Jordi is approx. 10 km away.
