Description
Welcome to our friendly holiday home Klipper in Dornumersiel, East Frisia, on the North Sea. Since the beginning of 2024 we are the new owners of this popular holiday home, which has already hosted many satisfied guests.
With a generous living space of 90 square metres, our holiday terraced house offers space for up to 6 people.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for families or small groups.
The house is equipped with a meadow area and private playground for partial use. A barbecue and garden furniture are available on the house's own sun terrace.
The house also has its own car park and a covered bicycle storage area.
Inside the house you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace, which creates a warm and homely atmosphere. For wellness lovers, there is a sauna with shower where you can relax after a day at the beach. The wellness area is available to the four accommodation units by arrangement (you can enter your sauna times in a list), as is the laundry and ironing room.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a kettle and a coffee machine. A television is also available, as well as a screen with mouse and keyboard for working from home. WLAN (fibre optic) is of course available free of charge. An iron and hairdryer are also available.
Long-term rentals are possible and we ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the house.

Additional information on the rental price:
Including WLAN (fibre optics), telephone and beach chair (April to October). A handcart is available free of charge from the caretaker. Firewood and linen packages can be booked from the manager for a fee. The visitor's tax of the municipality of Dornum must be paid when taking over the keys.

Private car park, covered bicycle stands, washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, storage rooms, baby cot, high chair, toys, books. Sauna, playground and small playground are available for the small holiday home complex.

Dornumersiel is a family-friendly, small spa town on the East Frisian North Sea coast, ideal for a relaxing holiday close to nature.
The holiday home is quiet, yet centrally located. Shops, cafés and restaurants, harbour and sandy beach (own beach chair), a picturesque inland lake, spa facilities, tourist information with offers, national park house, supermarket and fish shop are all within walking distance. Recreational hiking and cycling trails through the Wadden Sea National Park, dog walking trail, dyke paths, sandy beach with large beach playground and kite meadow, kiting and surfing possible, heated outdoor seawater pool, minigolf, skate park, fishing opportunities, horse riding, sports boat harbour with slipway and crane facility.
Just a few minutes away by car: dog beach with agility park, indoor play halls, indoor swimming pools, a wide range of shopping facilities, museums, golf course, historic railway, model airfield, ferry ports from which you can quickly reach the East Frisian Islands.

Highly recommended!
We highly recommend the holiday home Klipper without any reservation! The house is exceptionally well-equipped, offers plenty of space, and has two spacious modern bathrooms, both with comfortable showers. The fireplace in the living room creates a special cozy atmosphere, and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The sandy beach (with its own beach chair!), supermarket, and restaurants - everything is within walking distance. And the hosts are very friendly and helpful. In short: we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back soon!

Great holiday home and super landlords!
We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the vacation home (terraced house) of the Ammon family. The vacation home was extremely clean and well-equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the open fireplace and the communal sauna on the rainy days. The supermarket with an integrated bakery was within easy walking distance in a few minutes. The walk to the harbor and the beach takes about 25 minutes, which may take a little longer with children.
The landlords were extremely accommodating and ensured that our stay met our expectations. A small issue with the WiFi was resolved within a few hours (even on the weekend!), and the key to the beach chair was handed to us personally immediately.
The property manager of the vacation home was also friendly and responded promptly to all concerns. The only thing that bothered us a little was the price for the linen package (sheets + towels) per person charged by the property manager. This amounted to 27 euros and included one towel and one bath towel per person as well as bedding. The beds had to be made by ourselves, and bath mats were provided only upon request. It would be nice to receive a few additional hand and bath towels, especially since there is a sauna as well as the beach, outdoor pool, and indoor pool nearby.
If we find ourselves in Dornumersiel again, we would gladly rent the vacation home of the Ammon family once more.

Bakery, shopping facilities, restaurants, and the beach are easily accessible on foot.
