Description
In the basement, there are two bedrooms (1 double bed & 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The double bed has been replaced, and a large wardrobe has been installed. Pictures to follow in November 2024.
One bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and to the beautiful, relaxing garden designed for relaxation with comfortable seating and lounging chairs, large umbrella, a small and large awning, barbecue area. The outdoor shower was redesigned in 2021 with large tiles and an adjustable shower head (picture to follow).
From the terrace and the garden, you also have a magnificent view of the picturesque bay and the blue sea.
Enjoy your meals outdoors.

The holiday home was renovated in January 2016 and February 2024 and made more friendly and brighter.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet side bay of Roses, in Roses Petites Canyelles.
In the bay you will find a supervised, beautiful, inviting sandy beach, many beautiful natural beaches and crystal-clear water.
The Cap de Creus National Park begins 500 metres above the holiday home.
You can also drive into the national park by car and go on short or longer hikes from the park bays with wonderful views of the sea.
Here you can still experience the Costa Brava "Wild Coast" in its original form.
With a view of the sea in Roses Petites Canyelles, walk along the sea to the left in the direction of Almadrava.
You will find beautiful bays and small bathing spots with crystal-clear water until you reach the natural beach of Almadrava.
Experience a wonderful hike of about an hour.
Relax in an inviting beach restaurant and enjoy the view into the distance from Almadrava beach.
It is only a short drive of 5 minutes by car to Roses. A stroll here and a visit to a bodega is always worthwhile.
Also visit the beautiful village of Cadaques. Unique.
For bird lovers, there is a bird sanctuary nearby: Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà; Castelló d'Empúries

Class holiday accommodation and a very friendly landlord
The view is amazing. Even after 5 weeks, we couldn't get enough of it. The house itself has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is new and all the utensils were in excellent condition. Garden, amenities, and barbecue area fully usable. The landlord is very friendly and provides you with a lot of valuable information about the house and the surrounding area, including Roses. The entire process went smoothly. Where there is a lot of light, there is also shadow. The access to the house must be taken via some steep stairs. This can become very exhausting at 35 degrees and can be a challenge for someone with a "walking problem." The assigned parking space for the car is a bit tight. This can lead to some consideration on how to get in or out. However, from the conservatory, the wonderful view of the sea, and the sunrise at breakfast, compensates for everything. We were 2 people and also had the space we needed. And in the end: price/performance is fair! . . . and on-site there is also a contact person if something should happen.

Always the wide sea in sight!
The holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You never have to turn your back on the sea, even when leaving the beach after a sunny day, because you can experience the sea even from the house. The fantastic view of the bay and the sea is breathtakingly beautiful, and you can also enjoy the proximity to the sea from the pool and the rooftop terrace. Excursions in the surrounding area and coastal walks from the house make the stay varied and unforgettable.

Summer vacation
Even before our arrival, we were very well taken care of by Mr. Schroeteler and received great tips for our vacation. The holiday home pleased us very much, and the view over the bay is beautiful at any time of day. We were four in the house, with our 17 and 20-year-old children. In the surrounding area of the holiday home, there's something for everyone to experience. We went hiking, boating, and snorkeling, climbing in the nearby Pyrenees, visiting the water slide park, canoeing at the Meedes Islands, and of course swimming at the beautiful beaches and coves around the house. But if you have questions about the house and the surrounding area, you are always in good hands with Mr. Schroeteler (landlord) and will be gladly taken care of.

Super view over the bay of Roses. Any time again.
Great view over the bay of Roses. Very good starting point for the beaches of Canyelles and Almadrava as well as for hikes in the nature reserve. A plus is also the beautiful garden with a view of the sea. Close phone or messenger contact with the very friendly and helpful landlord. We spent a very nice spring holiday there (partly with our two adult children). If our holiday plans take us back to this area, we would love to come back at any time.

Absolutely recommendable
We were for the second time in this beautiful holiday home in July / August :) The view is fantastic, the holiday home is clean, nicely furnished and very well equipped. Especially nice is the garden with outdoor shower and of course the view over the bay and the sea. We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in this holiday home and are happy to recommend it! Mr. Schroeteler is a very nice landlord and always available. Thank you very much for the great tips and information about the holiday resort.
