Holiday Apartment Parchtitz / Gademow Island Rügen
The holiday flat is located in the basement of a privately used end-of-terrace house.
All rooms are equipped with windows, the bathroom additionally with a bathroom ventilator. On the well-kept property you will find a cosy sitting area.
Flat:
The living room with adjoining kitchen is about 20 sqm.
In the kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. Toaster, coffee machine, blender and kettle are of course available.
In the living room there is a corner couch with sleeping function, which can be used as an extra bed.
An extra bed is possible up to a maximum of 4 persons.
Satellite TV / DVD player and a mini hi-fi system as well as a large wardrobe complete the equipment. Internet via W-Lan up to a maximum of DSL 2000 is of course included in the rental price.
The bedroom is adjacent to the living room. There you can sleep on our futon bed at the foot of the chalk coast. The bed measures 1.80 x 2.00 m. (2 mattresses a 90x200 cm) Bed linen and bedding are part of our equipment, on arrival your beds are of course made up.
The bathroom offers a WC, a washbasin, a mirror cabinet, a shower and a hairdryer. Towels (not for taking to the beach!) are included.
In a permanent outbuilding on the property, you will find seat cushions for the garden furniture as well as a barbecue.
Directly next to the outbuilding are our animals, the dwarf rabbits live in a large outdoor enclosure. Access is only possible during our presence.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the island of Rügen. The island's capital Bergen can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
To the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Prora at the KDF bath you need about 15 minutes by car.
The significantly quieter natural beach in Lietzow is about a 10-minute drive away.
You are also in good hands here with your bicycle. You can store your bikes in our outbuilding free of charge.
You will receive directions and many tips by e-mail directly after booking. We live directly above the holiday flat, so you will always find someone to chat with if you wish, or some good information.
The desired arrival date is freely selectable depending on the occupancy, so you can avoid the biggest traffic jams.
Description of the special features
The basement flat is located on the outskirts of the village. Due to the location in the basement, there are about 10 steps to climb.
You will find parking spaces for cars directly in front of the property.

Quiet location on the outskirts of Gademow, a village in the municipality of Parchtitz.
The island capital Bergen is within sight and can be reached on foot in 2 km.
The holiday home is located in the centre of the island of Rügen. The island capital Bergen can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The village of Gademow belongs to the municipality of Parchtitz. It is a small, quiet village surrounded by nature.
Opposite the residential buildings in which the holiday flat is located, agricultural land borders.
Mainly cereals or maize as well as rape are cultivated here.
A country butcher's shop and a small canteen with breakfast and lunch as well as a bicycle rental are located in the village. A cycle path will take you to Bergen in only 2 km by bike or on foot, where all kinds of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities await you. Indoor and outdoor mini golf, a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest and a large cinema can be found here, as well as the island hospital, doctors and pharmacies. Bergen is also the "capital" of the island of Rügen, and roads run from here in all directions. The beach on the Baltic Sea is about 17 km away. The distance to the Bodden in Ralswiek is 9 km. Another good natural beach on the Bodden is in Wreechen near Putbus, 15 km away. (The water in the Bodden is warmer than in the Baltic Sea, ideal for small children as it is not so crowded. The waves are usually smaller here and there is natural shade from the trees on the shore.
The Nonnensee recreation area is also just 1.5 km away.

Bicycles can be stored free of charge in the house's own outbuilding! Bicycle rental available in the village.
If you arrive by bus or train, we can arrange a pick-up service from Bergen auf Rügen railway station, and return transport to the station is also possible. Please contact us, we will find a way. There is also a cycle path from the station to the holiday flat.

A beautiful vacation in a dreamlike holiday apartment.
Our vacation was simply dreamy! We enjoyed the time very much, and the relaxation was exactly what we needed.
We would especially like to highlight how beautiful and comfortable the holiday apartment was. It was perfectly equipped, very clean, and stylishly furnished, so we felt at home from the very first minute. It was an ideal retreat after our outings. Quiet, small apartment! Central on the island, everything easily accessible by car! Flat very clean and tidy, everything you need was there! Well suited for a small family! Very nice landlord couple, we felt very comfortable! We would be happy to visit Ruegen again!

Lovingly furnished vacation apartment
we have spent a wonderful vacation here. The holiday apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. There is nothing missing. The landlords are very nice and always concerned about the well-being of their guests. We were lucky to be able to observe the longest lunar eclipse of the 21st century here with Mr. Weißgräber. We felt completely comfortable, the weather was great, the accommodation was great and the Weißgräber family was very nice. We can recommend this holiday apartment.

We are true Rügeners. Together with our daughter (born 2007) we have been living in this building since 2008. It is a terraced end house with just under 550 sqm of land. The holiday apartment offered here is in the basement. If you have any questions, problems, worries or anything else, you will always find an open ear. The painted object on the picture and the carport in the foreground belong to our property.
