The flat is located on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. The living room is cosily furnished and has two 2-seater sofas and a TV. Here you can relax after a day in Domburg.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. At the dining table you can enjoy a delicious meal or a board game with 4 people! Of course there is plenty of crockery and cutlery.
There are 2 bedrooms in the house. Both bedrooms have a double bed with separate mattresses. Of course, the beds are made upon arrival and a towel pack is ready for you.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023! It has a shower, a large washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.
In the courtyard garden there is enough space for 4 people to enjoy the peace and quiet!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
