This beautifully renovated holiday bungalow is located on the edge of the centre of Domburg. This holiday home in Domburg has a cosy living room with a 2-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair where you can relax in front of the TV (German channels only) after a beautiful day on the Zeeland coast.
Next to the living room is the open kitchen, which is extensively equipped with a microwave with oven function, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a refrigerator. Of course, sufficient crockery and cutlery are available.
The bedroom has a double bed, which is made up on arrival.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. The holiday home has a separate toilet.
There is a sofa bed in the living room, so an extra child is welcome.
Outside there is a fenced garden that you can use together with the owners of the house, as well as a bike shed. In the front part of the garden there is furniture for you to enjoy.
Due to the central location of the bungalow, you can be in the centre of Domburg in no time and at the same time enjoy your holiday by the sea in this beautiful holiday home in Zeeland!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
