- - Jede Annullierung muss erst telefonisch und danach auch schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. - Bei einer Annullierung bis zu 3 Monaten vor Mietbeginn werden 15 % der Kaltmiete in Rechnung gestellt. - Es werden 50 % der Kaltmiete in Rechnung gestellt, wenn die Annullierung innerhalb von 3 Monaten bis 1 Monat vor dem Mietbeginn erfolgt. - Es werden 75 % der Kaltmiete, wenn die Annullierung innerhalb von 1 Monat bis 3 Woche vor dem Mietbeginn erfolgt. - Es werden 100 % der Kaltmiete, wenn die Annullierung kürzer als 3 Woche vor dem Mietbeginn erfolgt oder wenn die Mietfrist schon begonnen hat. - Bei einer Annullierung werden Ihnen die damit verbundenen Annullierungskosten von € 28,- in Rechnung gestellt. - Beim Annullierung wegen der Corona Krise gelten unsere Normale Annullierungsbedingungen. Eine Buchung ist für Ihren eigenes Risiko
