Welcome to the comfortable holiday flat with an unobstructed view of Baltrum, located in Neßmersiel, East Frisia. Our 70 square metre accommodation offers space for up to 5 people and a baby and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The holiday flat offers a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a 4-plate cooker with oven. The kitchen has a beautiful wooden worktop and modern fittings. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, ideal for shared meals.

The cosy living area is the perfect place to relax. It has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The interior is tastefully decorated with wooden furniture, plants and picture frames.

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, including a bunk bed, ideal for children. All rooms are allergy-friendly and non-smoking.

For our younger guests we provide a baby cot and a high chair. The flat is equipped with a washing machine so that you can feel at home even during longer stays.

The holiday flat has a balcony with a view of the garden, which invites you to relax and play. A car park is at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat is located on the first floor directly behind the dyke. The beach and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre are within easy walking distance.

Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat hikers and is a state-recognised coastal resort that belongs to the Do rnum district. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and play equipment.

The intergenerational family and leisure centre Sturmfrei is unique on the East Frisian North Sea coast and offers over 3,000 m² of indoor space with a wellness and sauna landscape for young and old, so that boredom is a thing of the past even in "non-beach weather".
