According to this motto, the owners Kaiser-Brehme completely renovated a residential building from the 1950s, preserved the beautiful old wooden staircase and put a lot of passion into creating six modern, chic apartments around it. Dogs are welcome in the barrier-free ground floor apartments upon request.
The beautiful location of the house directly at Stryckpark - and yet close to the center (approx. 700m) - makes "Kaiser's Traumzeit Appartements" the ideal accommodation for guests who value superior comfort, nature, peace and also the proximity to the eventful town center and tourist facilities want to relax on vacation and enjoy a wonderful break.
The center (approx. 700m), lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema (each approx. 600m) and adventure golf at the viaduct (200m) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can reach the Skywalk, 1.5km away, via a walking path through the Stryckpark and the Strycktal. It is approx. 1.3km to the cable car. In winter the cross-country ski trails start just 50m from the house.
The house and apartments are equally ideal for a 3-night short trip as well as an extended weekly vacation - and are primarily designed for active vacationers/couples who travel a lot during the day and want a modern and compact accommodation.
The house has four compact 2-room apartments*** type 1 (36/38 sqm) on the ground floor and upper floor for 2 people each - a medium-sized dog is welcome in the ground floor apartments (princess/queen)! The upper floor apartments (Prince/King) are allergy-friendly.

- Kitchen-living room with couch, TV, dining table and kitchenette with 2 or 4 plate stove, dishwasher, microwave or oven and practical equipment
- a bedroom with a double bed, TV and wardrobe (cot/high chair possible in the "Princess/Queen" apartments).
- Modern shower room with window and hairdryer.
- Balcony with furniture and view of Stryckpark.
- Own parking space at the house.
Lockable bicycle room with charging option for batteries.
Accessibility information:
The apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with mobility problems, especially because of the beautiful location opposite Stryckpark. The approximately 20m short path from the P to the ground floor apartment is paved with grass stones and is at ground level. The shower has an approx. 12cm heel. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

Cancellation terms:

With your booking a binding rental agreement is concluded! If you cancel the apartment, we will try to rent it out to someone else. If we succeed in this, you are released from the rental agreement. There is only a cancellation fee of €50. If we do not succeed in this, we will calculate the rental price less any expenses saved (approx. 10-20% of the rental price).
