Following this motto, the owners Kaiser-Brehme have completely renovated a 1950s settlement house, preserved the beautiful old wooden staircase, and with great dedication created six modern and stylish apartments around it. In the barrier-free ground floor apartments, dogs are welcome on request. The holiday apartments on the upper floor are allergy-friendly. The beautiful location of the house directly at Stryckpark – and yet close to the center (approx. 700m) – makes "Kaiser's Traumzeit Appartements" the ideal accommodation for guests who appreciate upscale comfort, nature, tranquility, and also proximity to the vibrant town center and tourist facilities, and who want to relax and enjoy a dreamlike getaway on their holiday.
The center (approx. 700m), lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema (each approx. 600m), and adventure golf at the viaduct (200m) can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. You can reach the Skywalk, 1.5 km away, via a walking path through the Stryckpark and the Strycktal. The cable car is about 1.3 km away. In winter, the cross-country ski trails start just 50 m from the house.

The house and apartments are equally ideal for a 3-night short trip as well as an extended week-long vacation – and are primarily designed for active vacationers/couples who are out and about during the day and want a modern and compact accommodation. The house offers four compact 2-room apartments*** Type 1 (36/38 sqm) on the ground floor and upper floor for 2 persons each – In the ground floor apartments (Princess/Queen), a medium-sized dog is welcome!

- Living kitchen with couch, TV, dining table, and kitchenette with 2-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, and practical equipment
- One bedroom with double bed, TV, and wardrobe (baby bed/high chair possible).

- Private parking space at the house.

Lockable bicycle room with charging facility for batteries.

Info on accessibility:
The apartment is low-barrier, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the filter for barrier-free does not exist in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, since it is still well usable for many people with walking disabilities, especially because of the beautiful location opposite the Stryckpark. The approx. 20m short path from the parking lot to the ground-floor apartment is paved with grass pavers and level. The shower has a step of approx. 12cm. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of € 200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

beautiful hiking vacation!

We booked four apartments in this house as a hiking group for 5 nights at the beginning of July, and we really liked it. Everything is very new, modern, and clean. The location is also good. It is quiet to live there, yet you can quickly walk to the center. The park provides a good starting point for hikes. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather on our last day. Conclusion: The area around Willingen is a wonderful hiking region, and we will definitely come back next year.

Very good; what slightly disturbed the excellent impression was the absence of a bread knife, a cutting board, and a bottle opener. Certainly whining at a high level, but such small things can be quickly and cheaply fixed. Otherwise, everything is completely fine.
